Instead, after only 16 months of normal use, one of the wheels completely snapped off, making the unit unusable.

For a product at this price point, I would expect a minimum lifespan of 5 years, not barely over a year. The build quality is clearly nowhere near what the marketing and price suggest.

To make matters worse, I purchased it from AusPoolShop on eBay and have contacted them multiple times regarding a replacement part or warranty assistance. So far, I have received no response whatsoever. Being ignored after spending this amount of money is unacceptable customer service.

The combination of poor durability and non-existent after-sales support has made this one of the worst purchases I've made. What should have been a premium product turned out to be an expensive disappointment.

I would not recommend this product, and based on my experience, I would think twice before buying from this seller again.

confirmed not from our end) and as requested by Hayward, we sent it back under warranty. It’s now been over 6 weeks and many more phone calls, where return calls have been promised but never actually happened. They still have the unit and have not provided any return calls or updates or any communication at all. It is incredibly poor warranty management, terrible customer service and some product issues, so we do not recommend at all any more. Steer clear.

bearings got a bit tight after 8 years of operation. DO NOT Buy this upgrade kit, it is absolute garbage!!! The bearings in the bearingless system collapsed in just over 1 year of operation, these bearings go on the v-flex mechanism, both wore through the garbage bearing retainer plastic. Picture of this included, it looks like some employee went home and 3D printed these with extremely bad filaments. This upgrade kit is stupidly expensive so do yourself a favour and do not do it.

suction cleaners.. So far I have been very impressed with the Tracvac. It has covered every inch of my pool floor and walls and hasn't got stuck in any cornor like most suction cleaners do. Only thing was I had to play around with the regulator a bit because it was trying to climb out of the pool and suckling some air... After a bit of playing around I think I got it sorted and it's running like a dream.. So far so good.. Feeling happy with my purchase
