It’s so temperamental and nothing responds when you touch the buttons on the control panel. We’ve had electricians come out twice and they did not know how to fix this issue, but it’s too expensive to change a whole new unit. This is not the standard you expect from a $500 rangehood.

you want to DIY they're 4V bulbs so you can't just go down to your hardware or auto shop. I've ordered similar spec bulbs online for about 50c each but will have to make up the wiring connections, and don't know how they'll fit. When I googled 4V led bulbs, the euromaid replacement range light was top of the search results, which indicates it's a common problem. Go figure as to whether it's a calculated money maker. The fan is noisy so I've hardly ever used it.

time. When we enquired about getting a new control panel the cost was the same as getting a new unit. Our warranty couldn't be honoured due to lockdown and travel restrictions. This has got to be the most disappointing purchase ever, and I will never purchase anything from this brand ever again.

Their customer service have asked for pictures of the broken part which I sent on March 1st. Didn't hear back from them until March 11. I called up again, they said from the pictures it wasn't clear what the problem was and technician would need to come out. Paid $195 service fee for a technician who came in March 17, looked at it for 30 seconds and said it can't be fixed and the whole unit needs to be replaced. I haven't heard back from Euromaid since. I'm tired of chasing these guys and wasting my time waiting for a response.

Stay away! At the end you will end up spending more money on this product than a more premium and quality product from a reputable brand.
