item 4 weeks they charged us for the item at the agreed price which included a delivery fee with Australia Post and an extended warranty. Billy Guyatts instead sent the item by courier. It was coming from Western Australia to the east coast. Found out when the item was not delivered there was no communication it was being delivered on a certain date that thiscourier only delivers weekdays so the item was taken to their depot and can be collected weekdays. They are not open weekends and only 8 to 5 weekdays. We are unavailable weekdays and keep this in mind when we purchase items online so will always buy when seller nominates Australia Post as they will work with you to get item delivered.

After finding out the item was not being deliverwd and we had no way of collecting spoke via chat line with with Billy Guyatts. Reprentative said it is being delivered by courier as thats what his computer told him. I advised my invoice from Billy Guyatts says delivery bynAust Post and there was a charge for this service. Basically was told bad luck I would need to collect as this is the arrangement that was chosen. Asked can I get it delivered to nearby store which I can get to on weekends. Can the item be left at the premises. Answer to everything was not our or the dwlivery companys policy. Then got cut off. I wwnt back online and got the same representative said I was not going to push my case any more can I just get a transcript of our discussion emailed through. Told this was unavailable but I could screenshot it. This though had disappeared when I was cut off earlier. I finished by asking how do we get this sorted. Was told well thats all they can do. My next step I went into local store last Saturday. They said we can cancel the order. The item then gets sent form Victoria back to WA (waste of fuel in an energy crisis). In the meantime the local store puts through a new order which can now be filled by a local store and the order will be delivered by Aust Post. This was to be confirmed on the following monday and I would be contacted with new order no. Another week goes by. Did not hear from Billy Guyatts but received a daily message from the courier company to collect item from their warehouse. So another Saturday trek to the local store. Who did I speak too? Nothing on record makes much sense. After ringing around it is understood that once item gets back to Perth you will get a credit. You can then do whatever you want to do. I said "no" the local store was going to order the vaccuum and get it delivered. Change of staff member who suggested would never buy anything online goes through the same follow up but this time comes back with once item arrives back in WA credit will be processed then we can put in the replacement order. So it will now be another week before order is placed and then god only knows how long until it is delivered.
