the online manuals suggest I need to set the mode to "snowflake" that I don't even get on my remote. The company that sold this product to me a couple of years ago have not been customer friendly from the day they sold the unit.. I am regretting buying three of these units and wasting my money

action. On the 30 August contacted another local supplier and was told Mitsubishi representative would be in touch I have not heard from the Rep. Is this their customer service? silence
It appears the problem was with the original supplier. Mitsubishi’s South Australian warranty repairer has been excellent
