Repairs required for air conditioner – I bought the air conditioner in February 2018 and has now broken down. It has a 5year warranty. Contacted the local supplier one month later no action. On the 30 August contacted another local supplier and was told Mitsubishi representative would be in touch I have not heard from the Rep. Is this their customer service? silence

It appears the problem was with the original supplier. Mitsubishi’s South Australian warranty repairer has been excellent
