balcony in between naps so the smoke is almost constant and permeates my apartment. This fan was a lifesaver until it wasn't. It's been on all night and I can unfortunately still smell smoke much like a normal fan you could buy for 40 so it hasn't been effective and it's air purifying qualities lasted less than a month which isn't ideal for the exorbitant price point. Glad I got this on sale. Imagine paying full price for a filter that only lasts a month!

claim. It's the middle of winter in Tasmania 0-10 degrees, so my neighbour kindly lent me her Dyson AM09. I have an open plan living area, so of course it can't heat the whole kitchen, dining and living area, but it can quickly and quietly heat the bedroom or bathroom with the door closed using the oscillation feature. It's portable and lightweight, so easy to move it from room to room with me when required. When I get home to a cold house I move it to the room I'm going to use to warm up, and then put it directly in front of me so I can watch TV in the evenings and be comfortable. It came with a remote control, so I can turn it on and off from bed when I use it in the bedroom. The cat will happily sit in front of it too. I'm looking online to buy one if I can find it on sale, and it's been a real life saver when I had no other heating options. (My neighbour got this one from JB Hi-Fi.)
