asking for a $200 bond deposit- unfortunately we proceeded to pay that not thinking anything of it. A few days later received another message asking for another $200 because the first payment apparently wasn’t received. Upon further investigation we discovered the penthouses don’t exist they are under construction. We have been back and forth with booking.com call centres provided them with all the evidence including a message from the building supervisor himself stating this is a construction site. Booking.com have told us we haven’t provided enough evidence for a refund and refuses to release our money!! We the had to go and book somewhere else to stay We have received numerous emails and notifications from them saying we haven’t complied to check in procedures. They are listening to a word we are waiting AVOID this company all together and go through someone else It’s an absolute joke!!
