contacting the company 3 times now via their website in Australia and haven't even gotten a single response from them. They don't provide a phone number to contact them and provide no confirmation they've even received my warranty claim. They are more than happy to confirm your order when you buy online though. The water bottle we bought for my daughter's birthday and getting a lot of condensation and doesn't keep liquid cold. I've bought $20 water bottles that are better than these.

out. Yeti will not send a replacement O-ring, and it is not possible to buy a replacement. Instead, Yeti suggests we buy a whole new cap. We bought Yeti for quality, and the bottles do keep water cold; however, the lack of attention to detail on the cap means that they can leak.
Worst travel mug I’ve had – Worst cup I’ve ever had, doesn’t have anywhere near enough flow and leaks a lot. It might not splash out but if tipped over far enough it just pours out. Don’t think I’ll ever get another yeti mug again. Show details

and being durable enough to handle toddler drops—I’ve run into a significant issue.
After six months of regular use, I noticed mold developing in the small plug on the cap. Despite cleaning the bottle thoroughly and regularly using coles double strength vinegar, it’s difficult to access and clean this part properly. This is concerning, especially since it’s meant for a child.
While the bottle doesn’t leak and performs well otherwise, the mold issue is a serious drawback. YETI should consider redesigning this component to make it easier to clean and safer for everyday use, especially for young children.

definitely stay cold overnight which was great, but we really wanted it for hot water use. We used it for hot liquid which was only luke warm the next morning. It was hot weather too, unlike the picture on the web of a guy in the snow. Aside from that, it’s a nice solid item. We asked the company about how long it should keep liquids warm and after many emails back and forth they finally said there is no defined time liquid will stay hot in one. That’s all fine, but I think rather than confuse people, the product should only be advertised for cold use - at which it is brilliant!

Yeti- 16 oz (473 ml) Stackable Cup – Spills coffee, doesn't keep it hot either. I have other coffee cups and water bottles from yeti, which are all really good. But this specific type of coffee cup is useless, it spills coffee even when it is in a coffee cup holder in the car!
