They really care - 100% happy! – 100% Plumbing arrive on time, take their boots off at the door and are prepared to work on our wonky old apartment that constantly throws up challenges - they never give up! All staff from the office to the plumbers that attend onsite, listen, are respectful and pass on information about what they're doing for our benefit.

unhelpful service and rude staff – I contact them about out hot water unit not working after hours, a plumber replied us shortly but after a few questions he said it's a electrical issue so he won't get paid to come out here. they told us to contact real estate agent instead but it's after hours and he knew. After being told by electrician that they won't do it as well, I had to call him again and ask why he cannot come here and fix it. He didn't explain and hang up on me.

Avoid this company at any cost, they are a waste of time to contact and point you into dead end and hand balling your issues.

Great company been using them for over 10 years – Employees are fantastic very obliging , this company I couldn’t recommend more, especially Louis, hunter and Archie. The boss is running a tight ship and is very organised. But not looking forward to the next bill.

100% dissatisfying experience – My real estate agent engaged this company to resolve a plumbing issue whereby a combined shower/bath system was sending water out to both the shower and the bath. 3rd appointment and advises the wrong part had been ordered. We told him to forget it about the job, that we no longer wanted it fixed. Instead he removed the bath outlet so now it is effectively shower only, as the bath takes much longer to fill. Discussed with the plumber directly who referred us to the main number. Phoned them, and ended up speaking with Amy (I think). Advised her we just wanted the bath and shower to work as it was before and she refused advising to go through the real estate agent. I asked her if she wanted me to complain - she said no. I said I might raise a complaint. Raised the matter with the real estate agent to be told they had a good long term relationship with them, and later informed via email "The plumbers also advised you contacted them directly and was verbally abusive towards their staff" which is false. Talk about insult on top of injury. Such a bad experience - especially the last part it inspired me to post.

I do not recommend this company, however if you do use them I suggest you get a fixed price quote – Be careful when using this company, in my experience they over-bill. They did a job for me over 2 visits. During the first visit I was overcharged, when I questioned the charge they corrected the invoice so I gave them the benefit of the doubt & got them back to finish the job - That was my first mistake, my second mistake was not getting a fixed… Read more

price quote, I had them do the job at an hourly rate. During the 2nd visit • The plumber turned up & spent the first 30-45 minutes reviewing the job & creating a materials list, which I thought was unusual considering he was the same plumber & knew what was needed to complete the job. • The plumber estimated the job will take about 3 hours, I was eventually billed 8 hours. • The company specifically advised me they will not charge a call out fee because it’s a return job, however they charged me travel time. • Travel time was only mentioned after I questioned the number of hours I was billed. • The plumber took about 5-6 smoke breaks (about 10 minutes each time) but was still charged for that time. However the most disappointing aspect was the materials cost – I was told I would only be charged for materials used not everything that was ordered. o I was aware of 2 specific items that were ordered but not used however I was still charged for them. o I was also charged for the total ‘material float’ that was in the plumbers van o The company also charged me GST on the materials even though the cost of the materials included GST I was eventually able to have the incorrect material costs removed, however was forced to pay the GST on the materials used even though the price included GST.

I would not use this company again.

Fantastic service – 100% plumbing were on time, did a great job, easy to deal with, good price and great customer service. Highly recommend - i will be using them for all my future plumbing needs and recommending to friends and family.

GOOD COMPANY – The company as a whole is good as! they do the job quickly and efficiently would recommend to anyone that needs plumbing/ maintenance at there home. i even called at a busy time of the year and they came super quick!

Good plumbers – After a licensed plumber made a mess of a job, I engaged 100% plumbing in Richmond, Melbourne to fix the wreckage. They did a good job for a fair price.
