Plumbing/Prestigious Plumbing scammed me and have since dlisappeared. Got a RACV membership plumber quote of $380 first hour and requesting a deposit..another plumber scaming pensioners. That almost $1000 Plumbing labourers for $15 rubber ring. I am putting towels on the floor..I cant trust these trades people l.

Ferguson plumbing sent a young guy...what a smart arse...when I questioned what he was actually doing he advised their price of $900 to unblock a pipe less than 2 meters long.!!!

He explained they had specialist equipment worth thousands of dollars.. they were fully trained...bla bla...obviously his employer had instructed him on how to justify their ridiculous pricing...when I got a bit heate

used their services for some years. A few days later I spoke with another plumber who said I was charged double what it should have been. I contacted the company to ask for the invoice which was sent through. I was blatantly over charged and paid $2,000 more. As an elderly pensioner I was taken advantage of so will no longer use or refer this company. A warning to always ger another quote if thinking of using this company.

We recently had the Stiebel heat pump installed at our place. From the initial ordering and scheduling through to the install, it was all seamless and efficient.

Rafack represents this company very well. I have old laundry taps 1959 which had to be replaced, advised me how to look after them much appreciated.

new replacement system, due to the extreme age and wear and tear experienced by the older system. I was very happy with Will and Andrew who both provided me with options for repair/replacement and made everything easy to understand. They were able to start the job within a few days.

I'm especially happy with the install of the new system by Andrew, Will and Dan, which looks great considering the tight space they had to work with.

Andrew also completed some complimentary inspections and minor works which I'm very happy with and appreciative of.

My only complaint would be that during the initial inspection, and during a call later on to the office a day or so later, no one could provide me with an estimated cost for a replacement system. I would have appreciated the opportunity to know beforehand, rather then finding out on the day of installation (which was originally booked for repair, despite me trying to ascertain a cost for replacement).

Overall I am extremely happy with the work. Jetset has also sent me a gift and a hand written card in the mail since the work was done, which is a nice touch.

* We had a new copper pipe installed as well as a new garden tap. This required cutting the cemented driveway and digging up the front lawn/garden. They have worked so hard to return it to its original state and I am so pleased with their efforts. Very happy that I have water again and that they have left my front yard looking really good.

Whether its an a/cer service, replacing downpipes, cleaning drains or other plumbing problems - the great team of guys from Aba Trades are prompt and professional in their approach and fix the problem with a minimum of fuss.

Max was courteous and answered all our questions and investigated our issues thoroughly and then provided multiple options to resolve the issues. It was a pleasant surprise to deal with a good, honest, hard working tradesman.

salesman to purchase an air conditioning system with the promise that they would install it properly. I paid a significant amount of money for the system, however it has never worked correctly since installation. Overall, this experience involved poor workmanship, dishonest service, and unresolved issues despite repeated visits from technicians who attempted to fix the problem. They have also tried to charge additional costs without actually fixing the issue and have refused to take accountability for the ongoing problems. I found this extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this company

turn booked me in for replacement 250 litre Rheem 3.6 tank. $2195.Friday not urgent, Monday Tradelink delivered tank and NEW fittings and mixer. Later that day [Name Removed] turned up in old van and looking homeless, After replacing the tank I noticed he hadn’t used new parts from box for tank inlet and outlet, recycled old discoloured brass fittings with mould on them. Also he said the electrical connections area showed signs of fusing, The flexible electrical conduit was cracked to form a 90degree bend at connection point by previous plumber from Australian Hot Water.

End result no HOT water caused by faulty mixer.

The outer white sheath was discoloured and showed signs of water ingress, internal conductor insulation was discoloured and hard. I asked them to come back and fix dealing with [Name Removed] at Inline Plumbing who sent me the invoice and booking. Knowing they would send Results plumbing back.

[Name Removed] replaced mixer and I pointed out broken conduit, he tried to repair it with a small cut off piece of new conduit but failed it was not sealed.

I figured Canberra Hot water and Inline plumbing take the majority of money with tail end Results trying to maximise their returns, ALL ONE COMPANY I was told. Next outlet pipe had small leak dripping onto concrete pad, Results sent [Name Removed] out telling him I don’t know what the customer wants, EVEN Though I had explained to [Name Removed] from Inline plumbing. I showed him the water under the water inlet for tank, he proceeded to tighten connection, fixed. Next the outlet connection started leaking, called [Name Removed] at Inline plumbing who said he would fix, no follow up call, so left message with owner of Results plumbing with NO CALL BACK FROM EITHER COMPANY. Last company should change their business name to NO CARE & NO RESULT PLUMBING

They came out within a few days and provided a free quote, but their pricing is outrageous. After comparing with other companies, I found another provider charging only 25% of their quote.

The technician did an excellent job to fix my gas heater. He arrived on time as arranged and provided useful maintenance tips.

water wouldn't draining out and was causing lots of other issues. Wez checked the drain pipe and fixed the problem. It was a pretty much big job which he completed on time. He also showed me how to clean the sewage drain near the bathroom which was stinking. He showed me how I can maintain it clean to avoid bad smell in future. Very helpful and kind if you Wez. He also charged me very resonable price and I would definitely recommend Wez . Thank you so much.
