Ordered product 2 weeks ago tried all day to find out what is happening with product the receptionist was very helpful and kept trying to get them to contact me also sent numerous texts still no reply tracking says it has not been sent this is the worst customer service I have ever had I will never do business with them again I just want a refund

Have all the equipment for setting up vehicle for off the grid – The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. rang Simon and told him about it and he really went dark and rang them ! He put a rocket under them , Simon treats his customers like a Mate, nothing is too much trouble. I went to the Penrith show and Simon replaced it free of charge and he looked after me with another battery and other bits and pieces. I highly recommend 12 volt direct they are very honest and will always do the right thing by their customers !

Penrith Camping Show – Met with this business at the Penrith Show and found them to be the "Real Deal". Only people that were prepared to spend time with us to explain what they felt we needed for our Round Australia trip with a Camper Trailer. We were very pleased with the Battery pack and Solar Panels etc which we have tested and works well. Also replied very promptly to a mail sent asking for advice.

me giving it 5 stars was I thought the website really needed a makeover as it looks like it hasn't been updated for 15 or 20 years and they run this excuse about verifying credit card transactions against fraud which can slow your order down if you are left with no choice to direct deposit. Not really acceptable considering there are other secure third party payment platforms a true online store can be linked with.

Apart from the website online functionality I would I highly recommend this shop for all your 12 volt needs.

through to the Trailer. We emailed 12 Volt and they followed up with a phone call concerned there may have been a problem with the panels. After some suggestions & troubleshooting we found the problem was a tripped circuit breaker in the trailer which was caused when we changed over the Anderson Plugs. Thanks to 12 Volt for sticking with us to resolve the problem. Very helpful, you might pay a little more for these panels compared to Chinese panels, but these are the real deal. Thanks Guys!!!
