Great buy, Mini Mobility Trainer Bike(not stand on to use)
Bought, received, quickly. Assembling easy. Strong, quality item. Exercises all body parts.
USE, SIT IN CHAIR, NOT STAND ON EQUIPMENT.
Outbax No way.
I wanted a 10w regulated panel and reluctantly, because of bad previous, got a 20w from Outbax. Turns out regulated to 18v? Cost about $80 so should have been legit. Don't touch this mob.
200w maxray solar blanket output
The most amperage I can get out of the Maxray 200w solar panel connected to a new lithium half charged battery has been 4.9 amps. So it would appear that this pannel is not 200w but probable some where around 110w. False advertising is rife on these sites.
Great battery and top customer support
Purchased a 300ah lithium battery. Fantastic product. Arrived in a timely manner, fully charged, and a terrific upgrade in my caravan from the previous AGM batteries. I also contacted their customer support via email due to an issue of my making and their response was very timely and solved my issue. Very happy with this product and Outbax and would certainly purchase from them again based on my experience with them
5 stars isn't enough
Amazing customer service, quick responses quick delivery and an amazing product, which leads me to believe these other bad reviews are fill of crap
Product never delivered
Ordered a battery on 26/12, two phone calls, and two months later still nothing has arrived.
(This item was in stock, and shipment was promised straight away each time).
I was able to get a refund.
Their delivery service is not good
I purchased the Hyundai battery kit in Dec.2020 and the delivery has been made in March 2021 after I emailed several times.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
Only had to scroll down 3 reviews to see an identical issue to mine. Hyundai bundle power station that is absolutely dreadful. Seeking a refund and yep they’ve gone missing. Absolute disgrace.
Avoid at all costs
Forgot to give me a refund
I purchased a $500 lithium battery and it got returned to sender and didn't get delivered. As it would have been too late for what I needed, I asked for a refund which they said they would process once receiving the product in their warehouse..
2 months later I doubled checked my credit card and they didn't refund me. After I spoke to them they said they had forgotted. Bet they would not have forgotten if I owed them money.
MaxRay 200W Folding Panel Performance
I recently spent 2.5 weeks travelling with a new MaxRay 200W folding panel purchased from Outbax using it to charge batteries in a caravan. Travel was in January with many optimal sunny days for testing solar performance. Using a quality inline power meter I typically reached a peak of only 110W with a maximum recording of 115W on 1 occasion so far below the 200W rating. I tested this with both the supplied regulator (claims to be MPPT but who knows) and a quality 3rd party product. The supplied regulator reached only 105W but roughly the s...ame so not the cause of the poor performance. The batteries were also typically around 60-70% charged when testing so maximum power from the panel should've been achievable. I also spent a lot of time moving and angling the panel for the maximum reading over many days so I am 100% confident I got the best possible performance from it. As it has two separate panels I considered that perhaps only one panel was working but by covering each panel in turn I observed the power drop to approx half so they were both providing equal power. I have since disassembled the junction box on the rear of the panel which combines the two in parallel and found the soldering to be of a very poor quality but no improvement was seen after re-terminating all cables. I should also add that no manual was supplied for the regulator so I had to find this on the internet from another vendor. Oh, and the handle regularly falls off under its own weight! Comparing with what I believe to be a reputable brand 120W panel which, according to its specs should provide similar performance I note that the MaxRay is still around 1/2 price and interestingly similar in size and weight which perhaps says something. The 160W variant is by comparison 30% heavier than the MaxRay 200W panel so weight could possibly be a useful indicator in future. All in all a poor quality product that appears to be grossly over spec'd but as a 120W panel I must admit it performed reliably, was not affected by heat and seemed to have a reasonable tolerance to angle of incidence to the sun - i.e. it wasn't overly sensitive to getting the incline and direction just right. So in summary if you're considering an Outbax panel and prepared to take a risk on quality then I suggest halving the rating of anything listed and then consider if this represents a good value proposition versus other products.
Customer support nonexistent
Bought a Hyundai bundle 300w, it failed on the first unit had a replacement and also had issues with charging tried to get a refund. They totally ignored my emails. It seems they took the money and run with no communication after sales. Stay away people find a shop retailer. Wish I had read all the reviews here before purchasing. [name removed] is the guy you want to avoid. Just do not buy from outbax then you won’t have an issue simple as that.
Avoid at all cost
This company held on to my money for two months, did not communicate unless prompted and in the end decided to refund as they could not provide the product. TWO MONTHS AFTER PURCHASE. I had to chase this company up all the way, they never provided any information on their own accord, and never showed any initiative. I ordered a pool for Christmas, on the 27th of November.
Had to chase them up on the 8th, and was then told it was due in the warehouse (not to my house) on the 15th of December. On the 16th I had to chase them up again, and was t...old the stock had arrived and the staff was doing "some final checks" before dispatch. I was promised a tracking link shortly after dispatch (unfortunately this did not prove to be true). Disappointingly, the pool never arrived before Christmas. Merry Christmas Outbax, hope your kids did have the Christmas they deserved! On the 28th I checked again with the company to see whether it had been sent and received a tracking link in reply. The tracking link obviously wasn't checked, as it showed that the item had a planned dispatch date for the 17th, and a planned arrival date for the 21st. There was no initiative shown by staff to follow this up with the courier, I actually had to do that. So much for caring about whether your products actually dispatch, or arrive, at the customer's. I asked Outbax to check on the 28th. On the 30th, I had to check back in again with Outbax, as they did not care enough to inform me. They were going backwards and forwards with the courier to locate the shipment. I followed up again on the 31st of December, the 3rd of Jan and the 5th of Jan. Mind you there was never any pro-active comms from Outbax. They simply didn't care enough. On the 5th of Jan when I followed up again, they told me that the day before they had received an updated from the courier. Again, they just didn't care enough to let me know that day, I had to follow this up with them. After some backwards and forwards on the day they offered me a refund in case it would take too long. I decided to think about that a bit and wait. Then, for the first time in this process of 28 emails and nearly 1.5 months, Outbax pro-actively contacted me and asked me again whether I wanted a refund or whether I still wanted the pool. I asked them to send the pool as I finally wanted to cool down after this heated exchange. Then, on the 18th of January I got another email saying that the pool was damaged by the courier, and I was advised that I had to be refunded. Thanks Outbax, for nothing but an incredible waste of time. It would have been nice to give my kids that special Christmas present in 2020. Hey, maybe next year. I am sure I will be avoiding Outbax though. What an incredibly self-centered business that has no care for you after you made your payment.
Knowingly selling panels with overrated output
Currently in dispute with these con artists. Measured output of 200w panel which is actually 106w. These guys are actually fraudulantly listing these maxray panels. Dodgy company and poor panels. Buyer beware. I wish I read all these reviews before buying. Hopefully this helps others.
We absolutely love our spa!
A few months in we did have an issue with the pump but I couldn’t believe how quickly it was resolved. The customer support was amazing and we were posted a new pump so quickly.
Would highly recommend!
Voltax battery bank
Purchased 4 of the 100 amp lithium batteries currently have them connected to a 3000watt inverter which they easily power up as well as run a 75litre dual zone fridge and auxiliary lights. The inverter is used to run a 1800 watt coffee machine or a twin element induction stovetop
What a pack of a$$holes
Update: yet again no response from Outbax. ACÇC and ACA here we go. What a pack of c#nts.
Ordered 30/10/2020 - think I've been patient enough!
Direct Freight Express claim they don't have my spa and Outbax claiming the freight company have it and they're looking in to it...oh, and 'sorry'.
Well considering I even paid freight insurance, a handful of 'sorry' doesn't cut it. You can't tell me that freight companies just randomly pick up, transport and deliver items without ANY evidence of tracking?!!! I just want my money back!!
Outbax aren't replying to my emails and their phone line isn't manned.
Take your money with no goods delivered
Order made 27/11/20 Xmas present for children. Over $2000.00 promised so many times it had been sent when it hadn't. TOLL did not have the goods. When asked to prove it had been sent they went silent. Stole my money, no goods and no money returned so kids go without. Stay away from this company.
Shocking customer service and shipping times are misleading
Title says it all. Shipping estimates are really really an estimate, in fact I would say it’s closer to a guesstimate. This is a huge buying factor for me so I feel like I was lied to.
Contacted customer service. Basically blamed it back on us. Couldn’t even use my name in the response.
I won’t be purchasing from here again.
Wasting Time worried about my product
Purchased a Hyundai Solar Generator and Solar Mat. Received, but couldn’t even use a jug on it. Just charges USB port but after a few days of use wouldn’t even charge those. I’m in tears. So much money spent.
Called them, told I would get a call from a Tech to work on it over the phone. No call. I called them. They refused to organise express shipping back. Got unit in early September. It’s December. Still waiting for help. Waiting to post back if they even sent it.
Need it for December. Staff do not seem to care about it. Worried now as their reviews are not too kind. Hundreds and Hundreds of dollars. I would of thought a company selling items for this much would have things a bit more organised.
Absolutely appalling customer service. Making it extremly difficult to get a refund
Absolutely appalling customer service... I purchased a product from you guys and I had to follow up with an email the next week to even get a confirmation email stating that I had purchased an item of value from your website ... Once the item arrived part of it was missing and the item was faulty. I emailed to see if I could get some help to resolved the issue and asked about the missing item... not once did I get an apology I just was asked to send proof of the issue to which an email followed that they would now have to check with their suppl...iers as they couldn't give me the answer. Another week passed and I still hadn't heard back from them, I then had to send another follow-up email to which they replied that the supplier deemed the item wasn't faulty. I called up consumer affairs and have explained the issue to them and they said I was entitled to a refund. Which it also states on Outbax.com.au that you are entitled to your money-back guaranteed within 60 days of purchase. So I requested a refund. Which has now been ignored for over 5 days. I sent a follow-up email this morning to ask what was being done about my situation which was swiftly replied to, they ignored my request for a refund and offered to send out the missing part of the product instead... TBH I don't think I've experienced such bad customer service in my whole life and I purchase regularly online through Covid or not... I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, it seems like a scam and they don't care about their customers. Only making money and tossing you aside. It's now been over 5 weeks since I first made this purchase which has resulted in a large sum of money sitting in limbo because I can neither use the product nor have I been assisted to obtain a refund.

Hi guys just waiting for our hybrid to arrive and would like to know please what size Genni to get for our AC thanks
Gentrax Generators are just junk. Do not buy one
Who makes Volta X lithium batteries that you sell?
Which company manufactures it?
Don't quote me but I think The Volta brand, (mine is branded iVOLTA) 120AH LiPo battery That I have purchased and am yet to put into service ..is manufactured in India ..And is remarkably similar to the iTECHWORLD battery and several others; including the Volta X .. case colouring and labelling marks not withstanding.
Like many products these days, they are produced in one or two centres, labelled differently and imported and sold in Australia with implied product-difference..... I live in hope that this thing works as advertsed,
Does it work as advertised?
Mine order number is 000010625
I have not received it yet
