All drawers are keyed alike. Not great when you are anywhere and someone with the same drawers doesn't matter size can open your king drawers. We were camping with a group and tried the keys. Our keys could open their kings drawers. Not great if you have stuff you think is protected.

about a particular camp stove in regard to attaching the connection to our van. Very disappointing. Purchased a sleeping bag that did not meet the published standards. When I raised this with them I received a number of long emails trying to justify the poor performance and no support. Buyer beware. I won't be back

actions. In dealing with a failed delivery where the driver did not attend at all, [Name Removed] decided to take the side of the courier company. Even after I said that i would pay a redelivery fee if he and the courier Star Track (worst courier in Sydney) could prove they even attended. He refused flatly and continued to take the position of the delivery company. The whole time I was made to be the person at fault by [Name Removed] and rather than resolving the issue he preferred to take the easy way out for himself and cancel the order. Meanwhile he has let me and my client down. NEVER AGAIN

unit often leaked, gross and disgusting.

The Joolca GottaGo toilet has been a major upgrade. First, it is incredibly well designed and built. Very solid in construction, fit and finish. Comfortable to sit on and the waste compartments well sealed. We chose the Eco option and are very happy. The separation of urine and solid waste is great which makes disposal and cleaning very simple. We have experienced no unpleasant odors with the GottaGo toilet.

Mounting the unit was a very easy operation following the DIY guidance on their website.

Where Joolca really shined was when I had a question on the mounting and details on their website. I reached out through chat, well after normal business hours, and they go back to me almost immediately! The tech was very knowledgeable and responsive and solved my questions quickly. They were friendly and provided me most excellent customer service. In fact the level and quality of their service and product is what prompted me to take the time to write this review.

I am a very pleased and satisfied customer and have no doubt I’ll look to Joolca if I have other needs for which they make products. Thanks Joolca!!

Essentially this company ghosts you and you will never get a response! installation is poorly finished on the Ford Ranger Wildtrak. The rack stops short of filling the original gutter and leaves bolts and sealant exposed to the elements and with a gap at the windscreen. Cannot understand how this is considered a finished product, and have serious regret on the $$ dropped on the product and install. Hard to see this not damaging the vehicle over time. Rhino rack market this rack and backbone system as an option for this vehicle- there should be a clear warning regarding the finished product when fitted, or additional filling strips should be included as an installation kit.

Kathmandu Geelong on 26/7/2026. After only three wears and three washes, following the care label, it tore at the bottom of the front zip. The stitching at the base of the zip came undone, the fabric split open leaving a 2–3 cm gap, and the zip tape pulled away from the fleece.

When I returned to the Geelong store on 28/9/2026, I was told it was my own fault and that they couldn't help. I then contacted Kathmandu Customer Service, who asked me to take it to another store for assessment. That store also called it "wear and tear" and refused a refund or exchange. When I called Customer Service again, I was told there was nothing more they could do.

A fleece that falls apart after three wears is not wear and tear. It's a quality problem. I'm very disappointed with both the product and how Kathmandu handled my complaint. I won't be buying from them again, and I'd recommend others think twice before they do.

Prompt and professional – Bought two osprey bags. Shipped the next day, delivered the day following. Bags as described and well packaged. 10/10 from me!

so good, that when they wore out recently I promptly bought the identical boots at Anaconda using my birthday $20 voucher. Unfortunately the new boots are not the slightest bit waterproof in spite of the claim to the contrary on the boots. I took them back but was not refunded the total price - my $20 voucher was not included in the refund. I was asked to write a review on the Anaconda website, but they did not publish it. Unfortunately I no longer trust the Columbia or Anaconda brands
