1300 Pest Control

Huge house done in about 15 mins – Never use these again. Ripoff. In and out so quickly and amonth after ant trails snd cochroaches still present. They don’t answer your email within 30 days. Poor poor customer service. Waste of time and money. When I complained they never apologised. Don’t waste your time with this lousy compamy.

Don't use them you will be wasting your money – On 3rd May 2017 Wayne from 1300 Pest Control came to my property to do an inspection and treat any active termites. One nest was found and he told me he had treated it and I paid for this inspection and treatments. In November we became aware of termites and it was from the same nest that was meant to have been treated. There were now 4 nests right near it. I contacted them by phone and email with no response. As the matter was urgent I contacted Jim's Pest Control and got Graham - he was amazing came out the same day and started treatment had to get more product as it was a big job. I am really disappointed that this company can call itself "Pest Control" if the nest had been treated it would have not been active again within months. I would rate that at a zero star if I could as they took my money and ran. Do not waste your money with this company. Carol
