Jim's Pest Control

John came out today to do a pest inspection and treatment prior to our new kitchen being installed. He was wonderful to deal with, explained everything, answered my many questions with a smile and was happpy to accomodate my schedule. Have already booked him in for a six month review after all our renovations are completed.

The pest controller, Loc Bui, was on time, thorough and efficient. He solved the problem quickly. His communication before and during the work was excellent. Plus he was a friendly workman.

Barrie was excellent to deal with. Good communication and arrived on time. He did a great job and 1 week later I'm still sweeping up dead cockroaches. If you need someone in Gladstone Queensland, you won't do better

Talk about a turn around, he was really mean and rude asked me are the spiders small and when I said yes he replied that this is fine because if they bite me it wont hurt me. He then told me he is too busy to come back for a couple of weeks but will let me know. Its well over a month later and I haven't heard anything. I just had it redone by another company and paid all over again. Do not go with this company.

technicians to perform the job. Rang me a few hours later to say still trying to find someone. The following day still hadn't heard so rang Melbourne Branch. Nobody picked up and message was if you want a return call leave your details, I waited for an operator to pick up but phone just hanged up. Rang back a few times and left messages. In the end I rang head office who picked up straight away and explained the situation but they saw my history. Head office said they will find somebody and call me back as well as that it will be $299 plus $50 for an odour bag despite the website stating $129. Operator said that's for a 1 bedroom apartment. 4.00pm still hadn't heard so rang Jim's pest control, 10 minutes later got a call and appointment was booked for 8am next morning. At 5.00 pm the competior company rang back and said very sorry cannot get a technician until a week's time. So would have to put up with the dead rat smell for another week. Jim's technician arrived, following morning as booked, removed dead rat and supplied an odour bag for $150. The moral of this story, use Jim's Pest Control.

better than his competition. He supervised his apprentice thoroughly. I have had termite issues in another house years ago, I have a pretty good handle on whats required. Kev did it all good and correct. We will have Kev back every year for a check up and adjust as required. There is alot of people out there who have the signs and what looks like good equipment, but actually have NO idea about their job. My experience with 4 pest control companies in the past, tells me that Kev is on his own with high standards and high quality work. We are very happy to reccomend Kev to everyone. We now have peace of mind. Why would anyone go to someone else for this work??

Loc was punctual and very informative Nothing was a problem to him as he inspected all areas and explained the pest control and alternatives to us. He was courteous and helpful and we would certainly like to have Loc help us with any other pest problem.

The guy in Rosewood is a rip off - Inspected our property and then charged huge amount to install bait stations and then a week later after my wife checked his work found well established mud trails under the front steps the very ones he walked up. Arranged inspection for termites and was told the charge was $280 for inspection with treatment costing well over $3000. Thankfully the franchisee cancelled stating he was reluctant to do job because I questioned him wanting me to remove cladding and weatherboards (would have needed a builder to do this.) I am glad to have not gone ahead with using Jim’s Pest control. I have found a more efficient, effective and cost efficient provider with the right knowledge and equipment to perform the work

Sonny was excellent he explained everything from beginning to end sprayed properly not like other companies that just spray randomly took me around to explain a couple of things outside he was polite left leaflet to explain frequently asked questions the price was good can't fault him in any way . Very satisfied with the service we received in safely removing and relocating 4 possums from our roof cavity. They were well entrenched but our service provider persisted until all signs were gone.
