Ordered a Sabre superfly at the Sydney show. Was told they were in stock. I paid by balance on the 19/9 and now it’s the 29/9 and don’t know when I’ll get my order. Have emailed and no response Have called and was told their system is down and someone would ring me back in an 1 hour I have a bad feeling that there is a problem that they will not tell me? Show details

23Zero 1100 DUAL SWAG 5 star. They replaced my swag only, due to an issue with the floor within the warranty period. 0 star. Two years later (outside of warranty) I identified the mattress was in excess of 100mm too short of the base. Wrong mattress for the swag. This was a quality control issue not a warranty or breakage. the mattress. But Snowys Camping (Adelaide) did out of their own pocket. Considering I purchased two swags in the same transaction, I give 23, zero stars for this one, but Snowys, 5 stars. I shop and support Snowys in the past and continue for many reasons. Product range, knowledgeable and service.

very happy – quality products that are good value. Ive been very impressed with their after sales service. I even needed a few extra slide bolts and they sent them to me for free. how good is that.
