the extra mile and even though the oven was heavy and awkward he would not allow me to help him as he was worried about my safety. I'm so grateful to Zen and his team. I'm also surprised at the price of the job being more affordable than several quotes I had previously. Looking forward to having Zen back out to reconnect my new sink and oven!

I would prefer to give no stars - Kieron quoted a blocked pipe job for my elderly mother in Berwick - quoted over $13k for a four day job at also required daily progress payments of $3,000. 2 hours for $585.00 Do not use these people - they will rip you off and they seem to prey on the elderly

Terrible, would avoid this company. They attended my elderly father's property in Melbourne for an electrical issue this week and were pushy and rude. Very very expensive for what should have been a very basic fix. Would not advise using this business.

If I could give it a 0, I would. The plumber was here for no more than 90 minutes. Spent no more than 20 minutes fixing the leaking pipe. The balance of the time was spent on paperwork, and maybe 10 minutes inspecting the taps throughout the house.… Read more

I was given a quote of $863.01 to do the work, which I had no choice but to accept. When I received the written quote, I noticed there was no breakup of material or labour costs. Also included was a FREE Plumbing System Health Check, valued at $260.00, also a $50.00 discount because I used their fridge magnet. I feel as if the $260.00, and the $50.00 dollars, were included in the total of $863.01, how else can the quote be so high? When I contacted 24 Hour Trade Services, I was told there is no breakup available, it was a fixed price. So by my calculations, the material must have been about $500 dollars, and the plumber must be on $200.00 dollars an hour. I sincerely believe, that by not supplying a breakup of costs, I have severely overcharged. MY ADVICE TO ANY FUTURE CLIENTS, IS TO ASK FOR THE MATERIAL AND LABOUR COSTS, BEFORE YOU SIGN THE BOTTOM LINE, OR YOU SUFFER THE SAME OUTCOME THAT I HAVE. THE OLD SAYING "BUYER BEWARE'

Had Matteo come and inspect and diagnose my faulty gas hot water system in Cranbourne. He was on time, took the time to explain exactly what the problem was and detailed my options in fixing it. Very professional and couldn't be happier with the service. Highly recommended. Show reply
