TRULY 5 STAR EMERGENCY PLUMBER! LIFESAVER!! – I can honestly say, Don from 24 Hours Plumbing (not to be confused with 24/7 Plumbing Melbourne) was an absolute godsend. Here's why. After a bit of googling, without much luck finding an available plumber to come out at 9pm on a Monday in the midst of what rapidly escalated into a highly distressing situation after dinner. Where we had a triple whammy situation of under our kitchen sink flooded simultaneously with both bathrooms, toilets, baths, basins, and laundry sink, even the dishwasher were all gurgling, overflowing, flooding under the cabinetry! Then on inspecting down the side of our home to check the trap for possible clues as to why this alarming situation was happening, we were faced with what can only be described as a fountain of sh...t oozing rapidly upwards and out of the trap, flooding a considerable area with grey and brown water liquid... next level stuff... It was evident we needed help, and fast!

So, after a quick read through a google search, I decided on calling 24 Hours Plumbing. Don was on our doorstep within 15 minutes, his calm and pleasant manner was only seconded by his clear ability to diagnose our issue. He knew which questions to ask, then had his vehicle flush culprit obstacles from our pipes. He was on the job for about 1.5 hours, literally left us feeling like a lifesaver. $600 total cost, huge relief and gave us good advice. Lovely guy. No more issues. Would highly recommend.
