30 Seconds? Lichen removal GOOD, Algae BAD... after 9 months! – I first tried just using a pressure hose on our enamel-free terracotta roof tiles but the lichen was stuck to it like super glue. Decided to then treat with 30 seconds Roof Treatment Concentrate (4 x 5L bottles, as it's a BIG roof)... 9 months later you can see the results in the pictures! (especially on the shaded side of the roof). I then tried the Pressure Hose again and cleaning was much easier but still hard work... one week of warm summer nights in Melbourne and the job was finished, cleanest roof tiles in the street now! Just be careful of any water dripping down onto your ceiling, our garage was the worst as it had no insulation batts to shield it from the water. But I'm happy. 30 seconds? What's that all about?
