Excellent product and I have ordered more products to try. My issue is the courier service they use (Couriers Plus). They have dodgy business practices and claim they have attempted delivery when they have been nowhere near my house (just check out their ratings online). Order #161175 was shipped on the 01/04 from VIC to QLD, expected arrival 07/04. It has been sitting at the WA depot since the 10/04. Called on the 14/04, spoke to someone who said they would get back to me on the same day after they speak to the courier and left my number.
Did not hear back that day, so I emailed For All and also CouriersPlease. CouriersPlease got back to me that evening at 5pm (for a description of the box and it's contents) and also at 10pm to inform me that the issue had been escalated because the parcel has not gone through the normal channels and routes.
15/4, still no email reponse from For All, so I called once again, told them what CouriersPlease had told me. They said it was policy to wait one week from the last shipping update, and that nothing would be done from their side until the 17/4. They also said that if I heard anything else from CouriersPlease to "let them know" - because clearly it was my job now to chase and resolve the issue.
Being a small business owner myself, and having dealt with other small businesses, the level of customer service is atrocious/non-existent.
So here are some ideas on how to approach an issue like mine in the future: 1. Offer to re-send the order: We all know how long it can take to locate a parcel, re-direct it etc. And that's if it's not lost. Email a "return postage label" so when the missing parcel eventually arrives (if it does arrive), I can mail that one back OR given the option to purchase the double order if I am happy with the product. You have my credit card details on file, so if I commit fraud and refuse to send back the order, you are in your rights to charge my credit card.
2. Offer a small discount on the next order for the inconvenience (which many companies do) and to be honest I would have used that discount straight away to place another order while I wait for the missing parcel to show up.
3. Ignoring the two above suggestions completely, but actually replying to emails or calling someone back when you said you would = bare minimum.
I haven’t used my products as yet but the customer service team has been great, one of my items arrived damaged and I emailed the business and had a response within an hour and they reshipped the product the next day. I purchased the lemon Myrtle scented cleaner pack the cloths are a great quality and the lemon Myrtle smells amazing.. I can’t wait to try them over the weekend Show details

strengths and their waffle cloths, I clean every surface in my home - glass walls showers toilets kitchen benches stove oven floors. It's so easy and works! 1 teaspoon of the dishwasher powder and my dishes are sparkling after each cycle.
This company has very poor communication and delivery issues. doesn't leave marks on floor! It took a very long time to get to me and emails etc went unanswered, but they sent plenty of emails asking for feedback on products I was yet to receive. I gave feedback but no response at all. I bought a starter pack and once its used will not repurchase - its very expensive and in my opinion not worth it. If it had lived up to the hype, I would forgive and move on from the lack of customer service. Overall I am just disappointed as it seemed like an ideal option.
Follow-up · The smell of the cleaner and washing liquid are nice. Both products work fine - I tried on a few stains etc but no better than anything else. the longest and that has made me buy the bulk bottles because I dont want to wait for my order to come for a few months. This is something that the company needs to change. The only thing I wont purchase is the Dishwashing powder as it doesnt clean dishes as well as expected!!!! The price is very expensive and they need to adjust this to make it fair to others to purchase too

have ever used that cleans windows and mirrors perfectly. No smears at all. It is excellent on wooden floor boards! Every other product I tried left marks. I do use a microfibre wring mop with it. I have had so many clients ask what we use and how it does such an amazing job. Keep up the good work guys. Loving the Lemon Myrtle this time around. My clients love the fact that their businesses and homes smell so good when they walk in :) This product cuts through grease like nothing else I have used. Soak rangehood filters for an hour in hot water and a squirt of this!
Follow-up · The scent lasts for ages after I have cleaned. I know this, because one particular client says she loves coming home at the end of the week after I have been, because her home doesnt just sparkle, but smells so nice! i am inl love with Lemon Myrtle, but I have used other scents. To be honest, they all smell lovely! I have discovered that if I put For All on chrome, neat, give it a few minutes, wash it off, and it removes all water marks :)

I love these products. I'm a professional cleaner and I've tried a lot of brands. Im also an asthmatic and cant stand the supermarket products. I use this on every surface, it cuts through grease, shower scum and used as a concentrate it's incredible. Ive even used it on oven glass that wasnt cleaned for over 6 years! Great product, I love reaching for one product to clean everything! We finally moved back into our home after a house fire, so I’m vigilant at keeping new surfaces clean and dust free! This product even cleaned my smoke stained glass things I rescued! It spot cleans carpet, smells great and isn’t harsh on my hands! It polishes beautifully and makes my whole kitchen shine! I mean, it’s a cleaning product and it works fine. For anything more than a basic wipe down however, you’ll likely need a concentrated amount of product so it won’t last anywhere near as long as the company claims (in part to justify the higher cost compared to other all purpose cleaning products). regularly have to pre-soak clothes now that didn’t require that with my old laundry liquid. I’ve also stopped using the laundry product for the pre-soaking after I noticed some colour run (on not-new clothes).
I have the dishwashing powder but haven’t tried it yet so can’t offer feedback on that.
I won’t be ordering from this company again though wholly because what I see as their dishonest practices. I’m a member if a customer Facebook page that the company is the administrator of (seperate the their product page), and over the last few months it’s become clear to a number of us that any post or comment that is not positive is removed from the page….
I understand that this is a small company and a relatively new product and business. If they had addressed the negative comments and said it’s something they would look into (or even if they had just let them stand), I would have likely have continued using it because, while I don’t find it amazingly better than other products, I do like it for other reasons.
So, if you’re on the fence about purchasing this product, please just be aware that there is a reason for the overwhelmingly high number of rave reviews about it, and it’s not just because this is the second coming of cleaning products.
I have emailed this company multiple times about my order. I ordered it 12 days ago and they said it was going to be express delivery in time for Xmas. The convenience of using just one product for various surfaces, including wood floors, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, pool fences, and mirrors, is a tremendous time-saver and ultimately saves money as well. I’ve spent quite a bit experimenting with products that didn't live up to their claims, but this one truly stands out as a winner.
I’ve also tried their laundry liquid, which has significantly improved the appearance and feel of my clothes. While there are a couple of minor drawbacks to note, such as a small issue with the nozzle that was quickly addressed by their support team via a helpful video, the overall experience has been very positive. I’ve noticed that outdoor windows may need some extra attention due to our hard water, but that’s manageable. I wholeheartedly recommend this product to everyone, and I plan to continue spreading the word about it!

I absolutely Love For All!!! I am a Domestic House Cleaner and have several clients with different cleaning needs. I love that it is a concentrate and I can just add water. It is fantastic on glass, showers, sinks, bathtub's and great in the kitchen with degreasing. I love the different scents, especially Lemon Myrtle! I am really pleased with how well these products work. I am using the universal and the laundry and they are both amazing. Both do an amazing job of actually cleaning and do not leave any residue behind. Definitely recommend and will be buying again.

I purchased the starter pack and have continued to order For All products. It is the best multi-purpose cleaner and the scents are beautiful. I use it for all my cleaning needs, the dishes, and as our foaming hand soap. I have skin allegies and For All does not flare my skin. Lemon Myrtle and Vanilla are my favourite scents. Follow-up · I was relieved to finally receive my order after a very frustrating and yes very stressful shopping experience. Such terrible customer service. My final email to them threatened going to the ACCC. I am actually enjoying using the product - it has not blown me away but it does a reasonable job and seems economical and smells lovely and fresh.
