Horrible Management, I feel sorry for the staff – While the room teachers seem decent. The management at this center is very discriminatory to both kids and parents as is observable in other reviews they have received. They are utterly ignorant and arrogant to the challenges of neurodivergent folk and have no issues vilifying anyone who exhibits any emotional dysregulation. They have even gone so far as to seek punitive punishment by playing the victim and claiming they have been abused and are fearful. This is a complete fabrication, and in fact, the owner Libby is proud of this behavior as it apparent in her replies to other reviews. My daughter goes here and I currently have a complaint against them at the Human Rights Commission.
