the content was excellent. Questions in the negative have never been a favourite.

It was not a difficult course, just ensure you carefully read the questions. There are a lot of questions but the enables you to study/ focus on relevant material

I have done the test and uploaded my proof of ID and address. So what do I have to expect from the video and audio part? is it another form of assessment? The advertisement gave me the impression that once I complete the online assessment and pay the fees I will get the white card. However, all other requirement of Audio/Video assessment appeared after I made the payment. Now I feel something is not right. Please clarify,

I got to that stage then they told me my address didn’t qualify for some 100klm crap then they told me I had to go to another site, pay more money. I told them Iam going to a more ethical and honest trainer. Done the $78.40, better to cut the loss now than loosing more and have reported them to several agencies

Yeah another assessment with someone feeding you questions about scenarios it wasn’t difficult. The actual test questions were the most difficult part.
