Very Happy with EOT RSA Training
I'm uncertain why there are so many negative reviews. I was very concerned after I'd made payment and then read these reviews. But I had no difficulty in following their online system. I enrolled at 10:30 on Wednesday and received my Interim Certificate from Liquor & Gaming NSW at 4.20pm the following day (Thursday). I am very happy with the service provided. Thank you.
Do not use this company!
I paid and but did not book a course after I saw that I could get a course for my White Card at $109 around $150 cheaper than the $260+ I paid for their course.
I did as their site said to get a discount and showed them the cheaper option that they say they would match and they wouldn't do that.
I then asked for a refund but was still refused because I had done a preliminary sign on.
If anyone wants a White Card, please save yourself $150 and go somewhere else because most providers are $109
Terrible service
After paying and completing the course (my son) it has taken nearly two weeks and still no card. When I rang on my sons behalf the call girl tried to fob me off and was not helpful at all.
I strongly recommend not to use this service. Pay an extra few dollars and go to a training centre where u do the course and get your card then and there in half a day.
It's not a scam! Good for independent learners with patience!
I just passed with RSA with eot.edu.au. I got the official documents from the Victorian Liquor Commision.
I saw many reviews that this is a scam and I started getting worried. I gave my video and audio assesment and it did get passed with flying colours within 3 business days.
If you have patience, also are an independent learner and want the lowest price gurantee for an RSA. This is your best option.
On the other hand, if you are an abusive drunk maybe you are better off doing it in person for twice as much.

Do not waste your money.
If I could give no stars I would.
I needed to get a white card done and booked them as they came up on google. Many other places I looked at do not require you to own ppe equipment, and its not a requirement to have them for an online course.
They wouldn't let me sit the course and won't refund my money.
Also other companies are doing White Card for $120 in Sydney. My fault for looking for a quick option.
Complete sham.
SCAM: no staff, no way to refund
took money for an incorrect course selected then submitted multiple tickets with no communication from EOT
RSA course scam
Did an rsa course . Waited for 3 days still no result sent . No contact number , no office to call . Just feel horrible I wasted my time doing this course . $45 / donated to them . If it was genuine they would have a contact number
They need more educated Assesors
I submitted my video report for the self exclusion. I receive a note a day later saying that my answer is false due to the fact I mentioned a Chaplin with the CLO and DM. They told me that licensed venues don't have Chaplins in Queensland. This is false, there are Chaplins in licensed venues in Queensland. My place of employment has one. I should not have failed that question, but the Assessor is not informed enough to Assess RSGs
Scam website
My son did thus course to get his RSA. He did receive it however went for a job and the company he applied for said this qualification is not valid in NSW when the certificate states NSW . He had to go through other channels to confirm he had completed his RSA . So beware .

Pleaseeeeeeeeeee Avoid ETO
I can’t agree more with this comment. 101% true.
Don’t ever think of getting any course from EOT.
I signed up for the Construction White Card "training" course and found they test you without actually teaching you anything in the first place. It's designed so it appears they do but, in reality, they don't.
Once you pass the 'easy' part of the course they get you to evaluate them on their website. I'd imagine most people would give them 10/10 at this stage, but once this stage is complete that is when you will come up against difficulties.
Many questions are ambiguous at best. Others are so unclear they require some sort of psychic ability to figure them out.
... Read more I was required to submit the same videos several times because they claimed (days later each time) there was either a video or audio error. There was no difference in how I recorded the videos, and I had kept a script of what I had said and used that again, so how they could say there was an issue is a mystery. You are not given a telephone number to call them until they email you (it's 02 8259 0320, just so you know) and even then you get a member of staff who clearly isn't interested, is blunt, rude, and just unpleasant to deal with. There are other companies out there who charge slightly more, so you may want to check out their reviews before going anywhere near EOT. If you have the option of going to your local TAFE, definitely do that instead. My local TAFE doesn't offer it any longer, but yours may do. Perhaps, after seeing all of the 1 Star reviews, the business owner will make some sort of effort to comply with SRTO 1985 and the Disability Discrimination Act 1992Unclear questions and rude staff

SCAM company
They are all scammers, They should have called SLOW ONLINE TRAINING company, they will make you wait up to 3 business days to give you feedback and in case you need to resubmit a video, they will take another 3 days to give you feedback and make you redo the video. They are always pressuring you to pay the 105 AUD Upgrade to get the results fast, NOT RECOMMENDED!
Borderline scam
A few years ago I attempted to complete an RSA course with these people online. I paid my money, then there were endless tests, then some more, then finally when I thought I was getting to the next step, I had to prove my residency.
I have been here over 20 years AND already had an USI, but somehow their system did not recognise either and sent me into endless loops that I could not escape, my contact efforts remained fruitless as these people don't even have an email address that they make public. And I got no responses to me filling in their

I told EOT RSA that I had looked at Product Review and how many people have had massive problems with them and not soon after SGF made the wonderful, glowing endorsement of EOT. I'm not saying it's suspect, I'll leave that up to you.
