Poor time management, constantly closing early on week days and leaving early for smoko. When instructed to redo a question, wasn’t given clear instructions how to fix or how to find answers in the videos. Some questions didn’t make sense or blocked vision from text boxes so it was hard to know if you picked the correct answer. Videos for answers… Read more

like this weren’t much help and would often take more than needed time to complete. Also not opening on weekends is very difficult not just for school kids but everyone. Because not everyone has time in the week to do this and the amount of unneeded waiting didn’t help when you requested for a video as well, since a school kid such as myself is so time restricted. I really hope that you look at this review and take into consideration that not everyone has time to do it the way your company likes to do things. Just because you can, doesn’t mean every other person can. Otherwise the person l did talk to in the video was very good and was helpful when I didn’t fully understand a question.

Not enough learning guide. Some questions are super vague in what is asked and wanted in answer format. When you are asked to change your answers on zoom you are made to go back through your whole practical assessment instead of certain questions that are required more explanation.

The famous White Card – The course went straight to questions.Am not sure if I missed something or it designed to be like that. when your answer is incorrect rather that generating a new one it redirect and went back to the previous question and if that also is incorrect it went backwards against. So its a bit pedantic and not didactic in my opinion..

Technically frustrating – The website didn't support my MacBook when I needed to fill in my details. Also didn't work for signature declaration. That was pretty frustrating. I had to borrow an android device off a neighbour to finish the course. I can't recommend this course due to the lack of a properly functioning website.

In my opinion, this training is very flexible for all students who complete it online. The customer service is excellent, and all the materials included in the training are easy to understand. I would highly recommend this White Card training to anyone who wishes to complete it online.

Having Steve as our trainer for Rhys was amazing. He really did go above and beyond with not only helping Rhys get through the challenging modules but ensuring Rhys also understood the theory and information he was teaching him. Overall I feel if we didn't have Steve as our trainer to share his knowledge and make himself available when Rhys needed him, it would have been alot harder to get Rhys to finish the work required.. 10/10 Show details ·  1
