Terrible! My order never arrived. The shipping response stated RTS. Since then no response to my query. Multiple attempts to contact them go unanswered. Next stop - Consumer Affairs

DO NOT BUY from these scammers. They sent me the wrong item. I contacted them 5 times and raised a dispute. I threatened them with going to consumer affairs and finally they responded. But that was it. They haven't responded again. They aren't interested in fixing their mistakes. They don't care.

Try to avoid – hard to deal with. Delayed message response, ignoring questions, closing your enquiry without any consent to explanation from eBay. The product selling is broken after 2 months

They sell defective products, do not give refunds and ignore messages – I bought a new rug from this company, when i got it, it had a stain on it. So they sold me a soiled rug and only offered me 50% back, i refused and wanted a full refund. Stopped replying to my messages comletely. Please do not buy from this company, they are scammers. Great product, even better service – I bought a Hydraulic Gym Punching Bag which is absolutely perfect. It’s quality is really good and it hardly takes any space in my garage. Refund problems – Prompt delivery on purchase, the goods were as described. The item failed due to a component breakage under normal use, and a replacement part was not available. There was obstruction about returning the goods for refund. Having returned the goods, the response was that they had no record of it arriving. The delays in progressing from the failure of the item to a refund have been inordinate. I just find them obstructive.

Worst – This shop doesn't deal with customer service at all. They said that my order had been shipping when tracking clearly stated that it hadn't been picked up at all. Then they ignored all future emails. I requested to cancel the rather large order before it had been shipped, but they refused - saying it had been sent. The box arrived all broken… Read more
