Follow-up · As I mentioned installation (setup) was easy. This router is placed on the windowsill, upstairs and covers a two-story Industrial residential building with metal frames, making the range far superior to our previous router.

I purchased a Yealink replacement headset and shortly after delivery realised I had ordered the incorrect model. When I contacted JW, I was initially advised that the item was a "special order" product and therefore not normally eligible for return. However, I could not find anywhere on the product listing that identified the item as special… Read more

After multiple emails and providing photos of the unused product and packaging, JW eventually agreed to accept the return. However, the return was subject to a 25% restocking fee and the balance being issued as store credit.
What was most disappointing was the lack of product support throughout the process. I repeatedly requested confirmation regarding compatibility of an alternative replacement headset with my existing WH67 base station, as I intended to immediately purchase the correct and more expensive replacement through JW. Despite asking multiple times, this question was never answered.
I understand that policies are important. However, I also value transparency, flexibility and customer service. In this case, the combination of the undisclosed special-order status, the proposed restocking fee, and the lack of technical support resulted in a very disappointing customer experience.
I ultimately purchased an alternative headset solution elsewhere and will not be returning.
There is nothing worse than thinking you’ve scored a cracking deal, only to have a company pull the rug out from under you. I get that mistakes happen, but they provided absolutely zero further help or even a specific timeline for when my money would actually be returned. Honestly, leaving a customer completely out of pocket while they wait days for a bank reversal because of your own backend mistake is just terrible business. If you advertise a price, you should stand by it. At the very least, handle the cleanup with some decent communication instead of just walking away. Definitively won't be back.
