Poor communication... at time of order, item was available and in stock, placed delivery order. 1 week later, got told that there was no availability on item. Had to rush around and travel great distances to obtain item at last minute as i needed it for the approaching weekend. When i called the store, the staff showed absolutely no care or concern to assist.
Paid for assembly and came completely disassembled. Called them and the best they had to offer was to send it back so they could do what they charged me for. No offer to send someone to me or any kind of reimbursement. All that was offered was that I needed to send an email so they could record it and then submit a return request to get a courier… Read more
to pick it back up so they could do what should have been done from the beginning. How poor is the ordering system that the people that work there don't even check or see that it required assembly. I live far away so not able to go into any store to sort this out on the same day, instead it will now probably take another week to get this sorted. Very upset and disappointed.
