Samsung z6 fold from reebelo the screen stopped working about a week before the warranty finishes Took photos of my my phone before taking the screen protector off as they asked, and after and because of that the internal screen came off a bit in the fold line besides other photos Vender inspected the phone and void the warranty because of this little left off in the screen when I rejected the decision vender sent me cracks in the phone that weren’t there when I sent the phone and I told reebelo but they sided with the vender even though I sent them evidence I would also to mention that Samsung professional technicians inspected the phone before sending it to the vender and there is no mention of any cracks or lift up screen in their report not Whatsoever, professionals not some vender. The question is if there was cracks in the phone from the beginning isn’t the common sense to have mentioned straight away and not take photos after 3 days and after I rejected the decision to prove the phone is damaged ???

and I gave up and merely hoped I would be at home for the delivery. This, fortunately, occurred. So far I have been able to set the device up with the exception of a connection to my hearing aids. However this is not the fault of the device as I need to have my audiologist connect them. I can recommend Reebello with confidence.
Follow-up · I find the unit easy to adapt to. I haven’t trued some features, such as the camera. It looks as though it will produce a better result. The battery life is great. The previous model ran for slightly longer than one day whereas this lasts days. The device was securely packed and setup was simple. I pulled down all functions from the cloud with ease. No hassles with tracking. Would certainly use Reebelo again.

Follow-up · Everything was superb, the packaging was excellent, the phone was in “as new” condition as described .. it’s been two years now & the phone still works perfectly, the battery is still very good as well, charge down a little now, but that’s normal after years of use & daily charging ! I’ll be definitely buying my next phone from Reebelo too , highly recommended

send a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement was even worse. The microphone didn't work at all. I took the phone to Apple, where I was told it was a US model and that the microphone had been replaced with a non-genuine part. The phone was then sent back to the company for assessment. After waiting another two months, it was returned to me with the explanation that their technical team couldn't find anything wrong with it—despite the microphone clearly not working. In total, I've spent around four months dealing with faulty devices, long delays, and poor after-sales support - AI chatbots for the most part. Receiving one defective phone is disappointing. Receiving two defective phones after paying for a product advertised as "Near New" is completely unacceptable. Based on my experience, the quality control appears to be seriously lacking, and I have no confidence in either the products or the company's refurbishment process. I certainly won't be purchasing from them again, and I can't recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable refurbished phone.

Their return process is the worst, I'm pretty sure it's all AI as there is no human element to it at all. I asked them to call me multiple times and they refused saying they only work over email.
