Purchased A Samsung watch. Lasted about a month. Put it on charge working perfectly then took it off charge and the screen was white, can't do anything. Google search said it was lost likely a software issue. Sent it back under warranty but Reebelo Said it has physical damage, which is wrong. Watch was physically in the same condition as purchased. Essentially flawless, with no visible scratches, similar to a new device. Excellent: Very light, subtle, or minor scratches that are hard to see, but fully functional. Good/Acceptable: Visible signs of wear, such as scratches, chips, or dents, but 100% operational.
Since they do not post pics of the actual phone, as consumers we can only rely on the accuracy and integrity of the vendor on their product grading. Trust once lost is hard to be regained.
I have paid for an 'Excellent' graded product but was delivered a lower grade product. This is clearly unacceptable and I returned the phone for a refund.
So buyers beware and do check your item against their stated grading guidelines.

S22 Ultra Phone screen stopped working although the device still powers on, rings for calls, and produces notification sounds after just over 3 months use since phone was replaced on 22/12/2025. Applied for a warranty under their stated 12-month-vendor warranty against all product defects both hardware and software via Reebelo website on Monday 5/4/26, I received an automated reply for a resolution within 2 business days. After 3 business days not hearing any response, I wrote another email asking for any updates. I was responded that a quote of screen repair will be provided once i send the device back at my cost as I have no benefit left on Reebelo care I bought initially when the first phone was purchased then being used for the claim end of last year. I noted my claim this time is under vendor warranty but Reebelo support/escalation team continued deflecting away from my claim. After a week of waiting, I was informed that my current phone is out of vendor warranty. Luckily, I still have the record of response from Reebelo team back in December when I received my replacement phone stating the replacement phone comes with warranty against all product defects. I've sent through a screenshot of their email and still waiting for the reply.
I am writing this email to warn other buyers about my experience with Reebelo warranty/defect claim which has been significantly delayed in responding to customer enquiries and has demonstrated a lack of professionalism, including deflecting responses that appear aimed at avoiding the fulfilment of customer entitlements. So be aware when buying products from this website, it has been an ordeal dealing with them, especially when it comes to phone repairs when you need timely assistance.
The emailing back and forth over the past 8 days could of easily been done within the same day, and the repeated generic responses are so frustrating and just going around in circles with no hint of any effort to resolve the issue and so far between responses which is horrendous as a phone is so important for daily activities ie banking etc. being stuck in limbo so to speak is extremely unprofessional way to treat a repeat customer.
