Needing a second phone for work, I didn't want to spend much, but needed something decent and reliable. I was very happy to find that my purchase met both those criteria, and some of my friends even remarked at how good the condition of the phone was, considering it was second-hand. Uncommunicative and unreliable. I ordered a phone on 03/10, with delivery stated for 08/10. I followed up on 13/10 as the phone was still not marked as posted; after which Reebelo cancelled the order without explaination (note that the phone still shows as in stock both on Reebelo and on the vendor site).

Its a hit and miss with their products. Thats the risk you take buying second hand. But the warranty isnt a sure thing. So bare that in mind. I have ordered a few phones from them and for the most part have had a good experience. Today that came to an end. Two failed orders, inconsistent and disappointing customer service. I tried twice to purchase from Reebelo. My first order was cancelled after two days because the item was out of stock. service left me feeling as though I had done something wrong. I had to spend time returning the incorrect device, then wait for the seller to receive and inspect it before Reebelo processed my refund.

Given the inconvenience, I requested a modest goodwill discount towards another purchase. I was initially told my request would be considered once the returned device had been received and inspected. When I followed up, Reebelo asked me to specify what compensation I was seeking so that management could review my request.

However, when I contacted them again, I was told they could no longer offer compensation because my refund had already been processed. Despite pointing out that I had requested compensation BEFORE the refund, they maintained their decision.

Interestingly, Reebelo had offered me a $10 goodwill discount when my first order was cancelled, yet refused my request following the considerably greater inconvenience of their second failed order.

This left me feeling as though I had been given the runaround.

After more than two weeks, two failed orders, one return to correct their seller’s mistake and repeated correspondence with customer service, I still had no device. All I received was my own money back.

With no incentive to try purchasing from Reebelo again, I went to Back Market, where I purchased a better device at a better price and received it within two days.

The 3rd time getting products through Reebelo and their Partners. Have bought a HP Laptop, Apple iPhone and now a Samsung Galaxy. The delivery was 2 days, from ordering Monday afternoon in Adelaide, to door delivery Wednesday lunch. Emails, communication and tracking, from Reebelo, ReDial and Australia Post was perfect, fast and easy to follow. Tracking was excellent and Melbourne to Adelaide Order to Delivery, just under 2 days. Paying with Afterpay 4 payments over 2 months even easier. Feel good helping the planet, resources and minerals, by getting a refurbished phone, laptop etc. Highly recommended for a 3rd time. Will be back again, Cheers

I am extremely impressed with this website. I did a lot of research before deciding to purchase from reebelo. I ordered a MacBook and then an iPad separately and they both arrived within a week, work perfectly and are in the exact condition described.
