I was satisfied with the range of products available. There was a wide selection to choose from, although I was specifically interested in purchasing a refurbished phone.

I was also satisfied with the pricing, which I found reasonable. I selected an iPhone 14 (128 GB, Midnight) in “good” condition, as I planned to use a case and was not concerned about minor cosmetic imperfections.

After receiving the phone, I was very pleased with the quality. The device arrived in immaculate condition, exceeding my expectations based on the selected grade.

am aware I will have to refresh again when it runs out of support in 2 years time.

The size of the phone is amazing. Love the small size - fits on my handbag more easily without losing functionality, actually better. and in great condition, I am able to type without typos more easily. Think the older generation of my previous XR model made it hard to type. Very happy with the purchase. I will be back in 2 years time.

 Follow-up  · The phone is still working well I would advise to pay for the best battery you can when buying an older phone like this. I put it in power save mode every day and the battery lasts the whole day. The size of the phone is still perfect and nothing else wrong with the phone functionality wise still very happy. I bought it knowing it would be out if support in 2 years time from purchase and don’t regret my decision at all.

These comments are for the Australian arm of a company based in the US. Impossible to contact by phone - they don't list one - and replies to any mails are standard and do not reflect the sender's queries. Innocent questions, like asking when the article is due to arrive, are simply ignored. The fact their addresses are not shown on their sites… Read more

indicates that they are an internet only company. Avoid - there are many companies much better.

Finally heard from them, giving me a run down of the sending process. That's appreciated, but in future will stick to companies based in Australia with local telephone numbers.

Reebelo sold me a phone that would not connect to a network in Australia, as it was manufactured in the US, and these phones stopped working in Australia around February 2026. After sending it back, they sent me back the exact same phone and said that it was fixed. Nothing was fixed the exact same thing occurred, where it wouldn't connect to a… Read more

network. I asked them what exactly did they fix, and they couldn't tell me. They would have simply turned it on and ignored everything that I'd mentioned in my emails outlining the problem. To this day, I have no phone from them, nor have they refunded my money back to my account.

* The problem was diagnosed by a Telstra technician who contacted Samsung to find out the issue.

BE CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING FROM REEBELO, AS THEY'LL HAPPILY TAKE YOUR MONEY, BUT IF THERE'S AN ISSUE WITH THE PRODUCT, YOU'LL BE IGNORED AND BE LEFT FIGHTING FOR A REFUND. I STILL HAVE NO PRODUCT BACK AND I'M OUT OF POCKET 100's OF DOLLARS.

structurally tactile gouges and severe pitting that can be easily felt with the fleshy pad of a thumb. I can feel grooves on the screen multiple times as I scroll through a webpage.

This completely violates Reebelo’s "Excellent" tier criteria. Nobody can claim a phone is excellent when there is so many groves and pits on the screen that you can literally feel them multiple times every single time you scroll a page.

Slapping a screen protector over the top to hide physical glass fractures from a consumer during unboxing is deceptive, dishonest, and a clear breach of Australian Consumer Law guarantees regarding acceptable quality.

Ironically, Bloombird included a card in the box asking me to bumit a review on this site. I am a strong believer of honest reviews, and hence why I acted on their own request for a review with full honesty.

Despite having sent Reebelo detailed photos of the damage, having received a reply acknowledging my return request and seeing a reply to my review on Tustpilot from their communications arm, I am still waiting for a shipping return label and an indication on whether they will provide me with a replacement device that meets the 'excellent' category they sold me or if they will issue a refund.

I want to give Reebelo the benefit of the doubt, and assume this was a deceptive practice by "Bloombird Pty Ltd" (the company that fulfilled the order), but the long process to secure proactive customer care and a resolution is causing me to question whether this is a systemic company wide problem as opposed to an isolated issue involving only Bloombird Pty Ltd.

The phone now has scratches across the screen and side panels, visible marks that look like impact/drop damage, and additional faults that were not present… Read more

beforehand. The main screen still does not work and now the front screen is also glitching.

To make matters worse, the communication throughout this entire process has been disgraceful. Delayed responses, vague explanations, no accountability, and no proper resolution despite repeated follow-ups. The warranty rejection explanation provided was weak and failed to properly address the actual issues with the device.

After waiting nearly two weeks for the phone to be returned, I now have a device in worse condition than before it was sent away. At this point I genuinely cannot even confidently say the phone returned to me is in the same condition as the one I originally submitted.

This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional customer service experiences I have dealt with. I would strongly recommend anyone considering using this repair service to document everything carefully and think twice before trusting them with their device.
