tracking says delivered 0620 Saturday. Not a package in sight, nothing, zip, nada. Having contacted the seller in China, I'm supposed to check with my neighbours as to whether it's with one of them. Eventually managed to negotiate Amazon's site to get a refund which is a saga in itself. In short, avoid them.

I ordered a table runner which looked very elegant in the picture but when it arrived is was make of a very cheap synthetic fabric and does not lie flat on my table even after steam ironing it. Very disappointing and feel I have been taken advantage of. Won’t buy on line again. Show details

Worst ever customer service. Goods were lost and no compensation. Never inform me what happened to my parcel. When I contacted them, still charge me the second delivery fees. Actually they had destroyed my parcel. According to 4xp. My parcel was destroyed and I had paid twice delivery fees. In the end got nothing. A reminder to everyone. Very dodgy. No way to contact anyone – My parcel said it arrived in Sydney 10 days ago, but then radio silent. There's no way to contact them. I tried all of their phone numbers, even in other states - none of them are connected. I tried their contact form, when you hit send you get a popup error "undefined". Reading online, these have always been the case for years. As far as I can tell, nobody has ever managed to find a way to talk to anyone in this company.

Reach out to me if you'd like to lodge a joint class action against 4PX – I am suffering from the same fate, I wish I had checked this website before engaging 4px! Most incompetent courier ever – I bought an item on Kogan to be delivered within Australia. There was no option to select a courier so 4px was the standard shipping. It took them 1 week to dispatch the item and another week to deliver around, only to be refused at the nearest PO. Customer service was nowhere to be reached. What an incompetent courier. Now my item is back to the warehouse after 2 weeks of purchase and I have to find something else for a friend’s wedding gift. Show details

Lost 4PXsure – I don't know how 4PX can take something from Melbourne to Sydney then back again to deliver it in Melbourne. Then take 2 weeks doing it and I still don't have my delivery.
