care less - "oh well, that happens". The pay is so low, you need to build a route of several deliveries to make it work. But all jobs dissappear instantly, you don't get a chance to build anything. Most jobs are added on the fly, not in advance, so unless you're in an area, no point. I think the major issue is it allows teams, so essentially one operator can sit accepting every booking that comes through and then allocate to their team from there, meaning you have little chance to grab a worthwhile job and no chance at building a profitable run (which is how they advertise this to drivers). The app will send you all jobs for up to 100kms, 95% of my day on the app is rejecting offers over 50kms from where i am. Constant new job offers pop up while customer trying to sign for delivery - i guess the benefit there is it shows them just how little we are paid for this work. The pay is lower than food delivery, and with much higher kms. A 30 km trip can pay as little as $7.

After sourcing out different couriers it became a time consuming task no humans to even speak to as I wanted specific information. to the city business district quickly I came across Zoom2u website they actually had a phone number ! So I called them and to my surprise answered straight away and very pleasantly. Wow, Within a minute Zoom2u had answered my questions, had arranged for my package to be picked up and they delivered to the door within the 3 hour time period I requested. In fact it was much quicker than I expected. I can't speak highly enough of this service, the people are genuinely nice and the courier who picked up my documents was happy and bubbly. but cant cant do anything when there is an issue, drivers wont call and help desks cant contact depots or do anything to help. Its very frustrating. With Zoom2u you get a live map, you can contact the drivers and their call centre can actually help when you call them. I am not sure how they will go scaling up, and maybe they wont be able to, but before the end of this decade I am sure Zoom2u or a similar company will be the dominant company in national freight and the majors either wont survive, will be playing catch-up or will will be subcontracting for them. The industry fails to take advantage of current technologies and still think they are in the freight industry when they are actually in the service industry. This industry is ripe for disruption. Zoom2u is still dearer than a standard courier but we use them every time we need to send something we need to guarantee will get there on time. In those situations I could not recommend them any more highly.

I can't recommend both Zoom2U and the wonderful driver enough. The service was great, the price attractive and competitive, and the driver excellent. Driver notified me when he arrived to collect the parcels. Delivered them to the department store super quickly. He even got the name of the person receiving the goods! Talk about diligent! We requested an order, with the time specified, the Driver was coming from Blacktown to Parramatta within agreed time, the driver then changes to someone over in Marrickville, and then has 2 deliveries in front of us, the time then got pushed out so we called Zoom2u. email, text, website etc they then tell me sorry if you cancel they will still take 50% when you cancel. The driver couldn’t have been enroute as he was making other deliveries. But apparently this is their policy, they continued to tell me we have to take 50%. Well I can tell you taking 50% deposit for services un rendered is against fair trading and the law, and that there is rights for refunds. Terrible service. We had to argue for over 30mins to which I requested the manager and he said just this time we will allow it. Train up your staff, we won’t use this service ever again.

of them struggle to communicate clearly in English, which makes resolving even simple issues unnecessarily frustrating and time-consuming.

As a long-term driver, I expect prompt, respectful, and effective support when I need assistance. Unfortunately, my experience has been quite the opposite, which leaves me completely dissatisfied and disappointed with this aspect of your service.

I sincerely hope you take this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to improve the professionalism and communication skills of your helpline staff. It would make a significant difference for drivers like me who rely on your support to keep doing our job efficiently.

Don’t waste your time – I’ve had constant issues with deliveries mainly caused from the incompetent drivers they have. Always delayed and when you contact customer service they aren’t much help either. I wouldn’t waste your time or money. Show details

The parcels were initially scheduled to freight first thing the following morning, but because they arrived at the airport early, the team proactively moved them onto a flight that same night, without me even having to ask. That level of initiative and ownership is rare.
