was on train and i asked him to wait for 15 mins but he was not happy and said why should wait. just rebooked again. i said you supposed to come tomorrow and not today. since then, the staff kept saying all different things. everyday waited and never came. one the staff said driver could be busy so you need to understand. of course i understand but did you advise us and then just rock up whenever you wanted so we could not leave the house? need to standby. very bad.

30/4/26: FALSE claims of failed delivery from ParcelPoint / aka HUBBED. "Delivery attempted today at 4:57 pm" and LAUGHABLY time of email is 4:06pm. severely damaged box with contents extruding from box (which has clearly been previously opened). The condition of the item delivered is unbelievable... I took many photos and then now have to return to Amazon via Australia Post. I hope ParcelPoint / HUBBED took photos of this parcel on pick up from the sender as proof their delivery services were not responsible for the state of the goods I received. This parcel was either damaged prior to delivery, damaged during delivery, or both.

have been futile—there is no phone support, and the only available communication method is an online message system, which has proven to be completely useless.
eBay should reconsider using companies like Hubbed and Sendle. Their unreliable service damages eBay’s reputation and leads to unnecessary complaints from both buyers and sellers, which ultimately costs eBay money in customer support resources. A quick look at ProductReview.com.au reveals countless similar complaints about Hubbed’s poor service.
I strongly advise eBay and other businesses to stop partnering with such unreliable couriers. Until then, I will avoid Hubbed and Sendle whenever possible.
Far worse—the item never even arrived. This company is completely unreliable, just like Amarex and Couriers Please. Avoid them at all costs.

One of those locations was literally 2 blocks from the mail box center I use. This week they delivered to a location that meant I had to take time off work to go pick it up on time.

We they aren't. Three hours later and no sign of the delivery. I pity anyone who lives in an apartment and decided to wait in the ground floor foyer for their delivery.

Hubbed courier return drop off location in charlestown square Newcastle NSW staff age 19-25 years who was on duty on dated 27-1-2026 at 1320hrs used offensive language and behaved very unprofessional and rude at the time off dropping of the return boxes. They checked my photo ID and then asked me for the special, texed 4 digit code. More follow up. Eventually got the texted 4 digit code sent to my phone and I finally got my parcel. This company is a scam where the 'drivers' just dump all post at a collection point and add that you either weren't home or the address is incorrect. Useless! 3 X people were home and the parcel was not delivered with the message declaring no one was home. Not even a vehicle appeared near the house. Then the pick up location was nowhere near my house. Then the instructions to pick up did not include advising it must only be the person who order with ID.
