Worst courier service ever

Unable to give zero
Dropped off a parcel for collection and return to seller by a courier to a location listed on the website. 28 days later parcel has not been collected nor was any advice given to me that there was any issues. Return window has now closed and unable to return item for refund
Totally unacceptable and blames the couriers and the sender and everyone else but themselves for the woeful service. Now have to collect parcel myself and try to return it by another method

They don't print out your label

Refused to print the label at drop off point even after being shown their promise to do this at the booking stage. The worst customer service I have ever experienced will never use them again. Customer service contact team has no customer focus at all not sure how they are still in business. Australia Post is much better. Show details

Handy as long as your name is the same as on your license

When I went to collect my parcel - my eBay name is Lee Lee which is different to my license name, so she said the parcel that hadn’t been delivered . And also she said the address on my license was different to the parcel too - but she was looking at her own shop address .... I finally convinced her that the parcel was for me as it had my email address , but bit of a pain really . Show details

Hubbed is junk

Text saying parcel is ready to collect from pick up point, they don't have it, 4 more texts saying its ready but after 6 days no delivery, no answer from Hubbed just a generic message saying contact courier, no idea who that is and their Tracker doesn't work .. No customer service, only used as travelling, at AustPost you can track and get an answer ................ Will never complain about Aust Post again this mob are useless. Show details

Not returning my parcel to retailer

I dropped off my parcel at ParcelPoint store on 13/11 and it still does not reach the retailer after 3 weeks!
I contacted Hubbed customer service and got the reply "Please contact the seller directly regarding your return as there is no latest scanning on our system.". Contacted the seller and was told to track the parcel through ParcelPoint. I emailed Hubbed CS again but did not receive any reply. I will contact Fair Trading if this is not resolved soon. Show details

Confusing way to make an eBay return

I dropped off the small parcel 8 days ago and all the tracking says since 7 days ago is booked. Nothing since. I have no idea where my parcel return is.
The people at the Hubbed drop off didn't really seem to know what to do but said it scanned okay and that it was okay to leave.
Apparently Toll is the carrier but no tracking details at all on their website.
Not happy with the whole concept and wish I had used Australia Post. Show details

The worst !!

In my City there is a total of 5 Hubbed staff.Internal issues meant i had to return for the 4th time in a week to collect my parcel, as the office was unmanned or closed. After sensing my irritation, and presenting my ID, notifiation card, and 3 out 4 numbers of the "Pin code", this wasn't enough to collect it. The "manager" said in her passive aggressive tone, " We aren't a post office you know". Well, No sh##, a Post office would have be open during office hours !!! Computer says no!!

Whats the point of giving a code that no one recognizes, then sending me to a store that no longer accepts parcel point due to ongoing issues. 3 different stores 10+ phone calls and still not resolved!! Show details

Absolutely incompetent

Had to use this 'service' for an ebay return. The item sat at the drop off point for almost 4 weeks and contacted Hubbed chat around 6 times. They all sounded like automated responses by advising they'll contact courier asap. It's now 12th July and it's been waiting for collection since 26th June. Show details

Hi, when checking the tracking of my parcel, it shows that it has been at an Australian facility since 7th November. It is now the 18/11/21 and I still have not yet received it. Cannot speak to anyone on the phone. Absolutely terrible customer service. Where is my parcel?
