Not returning my parcel to retailer
I dropped off my parcel at ParcelPoint store on 13/11 and it still does not reach the retailer after 3 weeks!
I contacted Hubbed customer service and got the reply "Please contact the seller directly regarding your return as there is no latest scanning on our system.". Contacted the seller and was told to track the parcel through ParcelPoint. I emailed Hubbed CS again but did not receive any reply. I will contact Fair Trading if this is not resolved soon.
Confusing way to make an eBay return
I dropped off the small parcel 8 days ago and all the tracking says since 7 days ago is booked. Nothing since. I have no idea where my parcel return is.
The people at the Hubbed drop off didn't really seem to know what to do but said it scanned okay and that it was okay to leave.
Apparently Toll is the carrier but no tracking details at all on their website.
Not happy with the whole concept and wish I had used Australia Post.
Great system
As both a pickup point merchant and a customer - great system, couriers have all been brilliant, I like that the pickup locations are open longer than post offices are - great setup
Show detailsThe worst !!
In my City there is a total of 5 Hubbed staff.Internal issues meant i had to return for the 4th time in a week to collect my parcel, as the office was unmanned or closed. After sensing my irritation, and presenting my ID, notifiation card, and 3 out 4 numbers of the "Pin code", this wasn't enough to collect it. The "manager" said in her passive aggressive tone, " We aren't a post office you know". Well, No sh##, a Post office would have be open during office hours !!! Absolutely below par service and experience all around.

Computer says no!!
Whats the point of giving a code that no one recognizes, then sending me to a store that no longer accepts parcel point due to ongoing issues. 3 different stores 10+ phone calls and still not resolved!!

I needed to return an item I bought on Ebay which didn't match the description. I had never heard of "Hubbed" but I printed out the form they sent me and stuck it to the parcel. I looked up the nearest alleged Hubbed drop-off point which is a local Mobil fuel station and took the package there. I showed it to the guy behind the counter and tried to explain that this business is supposed to be a "Hubbed" drop off point. He didn't have a clue what I was talking about and said "Hubbed" is nothing to do with them. I filled in a form on the Hubbed w
... Read moreebsite and explained what had happened. After not getting a response for many hours, I text-chatted with an Ebay representative. He was extremely helpful and e-mailed me a free Australia Post label to use instead. Finally someone from Hubbed phoned me. I explained that I would be using Australia Post instead, and that brought the conversation to a quick end. All this fooling around wasted hours of my day, and I don't plan to use Hubbed for anything in the future.Don't use Parcel Point/Hubbed if you can avoid it!
Twice now, I've opted to collect my amazon package at a nearby Parcel Point pickup. Each time, the parcel has been delivered/accepted at another address, which leads to a not-so-fun journey to find out where your parcel has gone. Not only does pickup at the original location take a while (the staff are amazing here, but they are looking for a parcel that hasn't been delivered, so it takes them a while to figure that out), but then there's a phone call to parcel point to try and figure out where it's gone. No real sense of sorry, just told to go
... Read more to the new address (which is 15-minute walk, vs. 1 minute for my preferred location). Not happy at all. Please avoid using them if you can! When it happened the first time, I was annoyed, but understand these things happen (very underwhelmed by their response though). Now that it's a pattern, I will figure out another means of deliveryHi Emma - thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear you had such a terrible experience. Rest assured that Parcelpoint and HUBBED locations generally have a score of 98% customer satisfaction and this

My enquiry was promptly responded to and updated when information was available.
Thank you Ashantae.

Absolutely incompetent
Had to use this 'service' for an ebay return. The item sat at the drop off point for almost 4 weeks and contacted Hubbed chat around 6 times. They all sounded like automated responses by advising they'll contact courier asap. It's now 12th July and it's been waiting for collection since 26th June.

FOXTEL IQ Box Return booked 3 days in advance and still waiting for pickup
We tried to leverage the pickup service as we had to return our FOXTEL IQ box and that seemed to be a very convenient way, considering we had movers here on WED for packing and THU for loading as we move overseas. So, why not investing the AUD 9.95 and having not to walk to post office nor anything else disrupting our work. That was the basic idea. But it was a complete blow!
We got a confirmation by booking 3 days in advance for April 19th, so far so good. Had all pieces ready for pickup, but ….. no pickup, no driver – nothing. Not even a pro
... Read more-active call from ParcelPoint to tell me an excuse or reason for the delay. Nope, I had to call in the following morning, not easy getting to a support person as it all goes to a box and then they call you back within ...... xxx mins. After I've got somebody on the phone then the person told me: oh, driver did not come yesterday, let me ping him / write him and we need to pick it up “today”, which by the way at 8:00 am that day I’ve got a mail “confirming” again the pickup of the parcel per 19/04; even so it was already 20/04. Now it is 5:25 pm of the second pickup phantom day and so far, NOBODY came, no update nothing. Again, not worth the money to spent!! - Just hassle and challenges, better to return it yourself via AUS Post.Rubbish ,do not use this company.
Parcel appears to have been lost in transit. Company would not respond to my emails regarding the location of my return. I will never use this service again.

An absolute disgrace, do not use it
I booked my parcel to be picked up on 6/04/2023, it has not been picked up yet ,I tried to contact the support email several times and I have not got a response yet, the chat option on their website does not even work.
Show detailsAbsolutely useless
I dropped off a parcel 10 days ago and it is still yet to be picked up from the drop off location. I tried emailing them four days ago and no response. Hopeless at best is my opinion of Hubbed freight service.
Show detailsDon't bother with this company
Booked a delivery for 8am-5pm on Friday 24 March and despite rearranging my life so I could be home the entire day nobody showed. I called today (Tuesday) only to be told that someone came yesterday (Monday) to pick up the parcel..............a whole different date that I paid and arranged for, and of course I wasn't home because I had to work. The customer service rep didn't seem to understand why this would be an issue. He has re-booked my pickup for 'some time this week'. Will never use again.

You have lost my parcel, can you please guide me through the compensation process
I just saw on the Parcelpoint zen desk ?customer support) page a reference to “Parcelpoint in administration trading as Parcelpoint”. Should we be worried?
Hi, when checking the tracking of my parcel, it shows that it has been at an Australian facility since 7th November. It is now the 18/11/21 and I still have not yet received it. Cannot speak to anyone on the phone. Absolutely terrible customer service. Where is my parcel?
