Delivery driver was lovely and kind, I brought these as a surprise for my mum after loosing our uncle and so I was not sure if she would receive them or I. Second time getting a Kmart delivery via GoPeople. I received my parcel quickly and the courier followed the delivery instructions (plus was really nice!). additional delivery instructions so the driver can find the property easily (Kmart never forwards the instructions I provide on the Kmart website to the courier they assign which is incredibly frustrating). I could see on the map where the driver was and the ETA provided changed as the courier made their stops, giving me the most accurate information possible.

Extremely disappointed with Go People’s handling of a theft by one of its runners. One of Go People’s runners entered our secure apartment building to deliver flowers and then took a parcel from the lobby that was clearly addressed to me. runner was responsible and advised that they had attempted to contact the runner and would take internal action. However, they refused to help me recover the parcel or compensate my loss, refused to explain what action had been taken, and ultimately stated that they were not liable because the runner was an independent contractor.
What disappoints me most is not the value of the parcel but Go People’s response. Despite acknowledging that the theft occurred during a delivery arranged through their platform, they left the innocent victim to bear the loss and hid behind contractual terms rather than taking responsibility.
If this is how Go People responds when one of its own runners steals from a resident in a secure apartment building, I have serious concerns about the company’s accountability and customer protection.

Shocking delivery service. I ordered a product from Adore beauty. It was meant to be delivered on the 18th. (It is now the 23rd) In the whole time i received only 1 email saying "it couldn't be delivered" I'm not sure why it wasn't just put in the letter box, as that is what I requested. 5 days later I have tried messaging and calling but no response and still without my parcel! Will never buy from a company that uses Gopeople. Show details

The flowers that were delivered were exactly how they were shown on the website. Ordering was easy. It was possible to track the delivery, and include delivery instructions.
