Good airconditioning service – I asked AM Air Conditioning to service my Daikon multi-zone reverse cycle air conditioning unit, and see why it wouldn’t heat my front room properly any more. 2 hours on the highest fan setting, with every other zone closed, was having almost no effect. They found that a duct motor had failed closed. They had to get a new one in, so it took a second visit to fix. He said, “I won’t charge you now, we’ll just do one invoice at the end”.

Result: *15 minutes* on the *lowest* setting is now enough to heat that room completely.

They were easy to deal with, had an SMS notification system to confirm attendance, arrived on time, and charged an honest amount for honest work. Unlike what some of the other aircon people seem to be doing, there was no crap callout fee, dishonest advice (“You need a new system!”) or predatory overpricing.

Well done, would use again.
