emergency repairs to get the heater started and working again while we considered either repair or replacement options. Jack at no cost fixed a minor interim adjustment. Chris fully refurbished the heater when we chose repair over replacement. Each in their own way demonstrated quality technical ability and their courtesy and efficiency in representing Climate plus was quite impressive to say the least. Prices were competitive and reasonable and we would have no hesitation at all in recommending Climate Plus to future customers.

Will attended our home to review and issue with our ducted heating. He listened to our concerns and took time to understand what was happening. He identified the issue and assisted by Daniel corrected the issue and then took the time to explain what was happening and how it had been corrected. The system, when Will left, was working as intended. Will was efficient and courteous as I have found all Climate Plus staff to be. Couldn't be happier.

Today I have a representative from Climate Plus (Will) visiting our house to carry out a diagnostic of our heater, which by the way it’s about 21 years old. He provided us with a very professional service but unfortunately the heater is due for replacement. All in all my wife and I were very happy with his performance. I have previously engaged the services of Climate Plus to our complete satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Professional and efficient service. Steve and team installed an electric smart water heater in no time, disconnecting and removing an old gas system..Now follow up assistance is being provided to get the Smart system up and working!

Kale from Climate Plus turned up at short notice, took care to protect my roof gutters with a gutter guard, quickly identified the issue with my noisy evaporative cooler and replaced the faulty part in the one visit! It was a job well done and Kale was really pleasant to deal with!

Steve did a fantastic job installing new cooler pads, a ball valve on the tap AND patiently explaining to me how to operate the equipment. I now feel more confident in their use.

Isaac has been servicing and repairing our Daikin for some years now. Isaac is not only friendly, but very knowledgeable about our system, including helping us to reduce its noise as we are close to neighbours. He always offers good advice and information very readily. I would highly recommend Isaac at Climate Plus.

Aaron checked out the problem with my heating system, clearly and patiently explained what was wrong, and suggested a course of action to correct the problem. He was polite and very pleasant.

Aaron arrived on time, listened to what I was saying was not working, identified the issue and fixed it, and checked the rest of my R/C aircon. Price charged was what I had been quoted when I booked the call. Will have ClimatePlus back to do next year's service.
