After accepting the quote the installation team came for a another site inspection to make sure every thing is in order. On the installation day everyone worked hard, professional, polite & clean. condition. Jess from the office quite efficiently started the ball rolling for us by arranging a technician for the next day as the weather was very cold. First contact was with Truman who completed emergency repairs to get the heater started and working again while we considered either repair or replacement options. Jack at no cost fixed a minor interim adjustment. Chris fully refurbished the heater when we chose repair over replacement. Each in their own way demonstrated quality technical ability and their courtesy and efficiency in representing Climate plus was quite impressive to say the least. Prices were competitive and reasonable and we would have no hesitation at all in recommending Climate Plus to future customers.

I was also told that all of the ducting would be replaced. However, I later found that the connection from the heating unit to the new ducting was not replaced and old damaged ducting left (too hard maybe)

Overall, I'm disappointed with both the lack of communication and the quality of the work.

(who I believe is the schedule co-ordinator) was super lovely and patient in explaining what type of duct system I have (as I don't have a clue about ducted systems). In passing, during conversation, she mentioned that their Tech's have been with them for many years, giving me the feeling that they are a reliable and supporting business. After reviewing their clear quote, I didn't bother seeking competitors quotes and just booked them.

On the day, the Techs gave me clear timeframes when they where arriving, and were rather efficient and thorough. The tech who serviced the heating duct was professional and very clear about my appliance. I have a separate heating and cooling set up, and will book them for the cooling duct system service as the warm weather approaches. Thanking again!
