me, he was polite, informative and clear. I now have a split system downstairs and a ducted system upstairs with each of the 4 bedrooms having the ability to control their own temperatures. On the day of the installation the tradesmen were on time and started immediately. It was a long day for the 4 tradies and I commented to them, at the end of the day that I had never had such happy trades working at my home before. They were delightful and obviously liked their job. They explained the workings of the controls and showed us how to install it onto our phone. They also cleaned up before they left. Excellent customer service and product. Following damage to my home from a storm Chris at Frost Airconditioning sent a technician who assessed the damaged a/c, supplied a very competitive quote then promptly arranged supply and installation of replacement Mitsubishi Electric 12.5kwh ducted air conditioner. Do not provide a breakdown of what they do – Called Frost Air to look at error E9 on Actron system, already told them that it is Internal motor issue. They came out, charged $255 to tell me exactly the same. Gave me a quote to fix $2800. Asked for breakdown of the cost and got this response. "Sorry, we don’t provide quote breakdown prices. We quote what we believe is suitable to complete job." Great response, you don't need to know what we do so we can charge whatever we want.

Only just a pass – It took over a month and 5 separate follow up phone calls from me to them to get someone to come out and then to find out what the advice was. failed to cool. We contacted Frost Airconditioning but 3 weeks later we are still waiting for some action. We are hopeful of a good resolution that vindicates our choice of this company but in the meantime feel disappointed over both the unit and service provided.

We had a Fujitsu 8.5KW Inverter ducted AC installed by Frost Airconditioning—super impressed with quality of service, installation technicians and office staff. information we might need (I forgot to ask about the warranty for our unit in person, but later was able to find all in the info in the Quote document). The quote amount was precise and it was even lower than we expected.

I am also very happy with our aircon model. We were recommended a Fujitsu model and a Daikin model, and went with the Daikin one (model name FTXV46WVMA). When you switch Quiet/Econo mode on, it's very quiet indeed, you literally can't hear any aircon noise, I didn't even know it was possible to be honest!

The installers also had to install some square PVS ducting, and the colours matched the wall colours perfectly both inside the room and on the balcony. Everything looks very neat and precise.

I would recommend Frost Airconditioning!

wonderful - knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They faced some installation challenges, but they took on the challenges and problem solved them - nothing was too much trouble for them. The end product was excellent air conditioners that we are very happy with.
