complaint before, but I urge everyone to stay away from this store. Pathetic service from the time of entry until the time I left. Stay away from this store.

Customer Service – Incorrect item supplied & when contacting them was told they didn't have correct item so nothing more could be done, another item supplied didn't fit description on their web page & when contacting them was told they have different information & refused to except wrongly advertised & again told tough

My Valuable time wasted – A BIG add proclaiming free shipping for orders over $150 and up to 15kg is promised at the top of the web site catalogue yet when I get to the checkout with my $160 order maxing out at 6kg I am charged nearly $40 extra . I hate liars and that's why I will never shop with this place. The other disappointment was the clear lack of any serious item specification list like what you would expect on serious equipment.

Pathetic – Go woke go broke, love the disgusting add apologising for the name of your company I'm hearing on the radio lately.

Worse every time – Went again to mans toyshop south rocky, once again staff were rude when asked where something was , that is they thought you were important enough to talk to. the counter was quiet rude. Management wrote back and said I did not know what i wanted and basically fobbed me off. never spending money there gain, very rude staff and I thought owner would be a bit more empathetic.

Great prices but terrible service – I made an online order and somehow during the checkout process my PayPal payment didn't go through. on the bottom, so their system obviously thought I had paid. Didn't hear anything for 2 weeks and when I chased it up I was told payment didn't come through so the order was deleted. No communication prior to this and no option to pay over the phone. The guy on the phone didn't even want my business, instead suggested I drive an 8 hour round trip to my nearest auto store because it would be easier than buying online and waiting for road freight. Maybe he was having a bad day...

Very disappointed in two of the items I purchased this morning had incorrect price labels, and the torch did not work – I have inserted three photos. One of the items purchased with prices, one of the invoice and one of the faulty torch.

Staff assistance – I have always found the staff at the Rockhampton banch to be knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was a problem and I have always got assistance when I asked for it. The wife has Spotlight and I've got the Man's Toy Shop. Paul

Absolutely useless personell – When I spoke to the salesman, he was useless and rude and didn't want to help me at all. They must be doing very well for themselves that they didn't want to help a customer who was very interested in buying their product.

contacted a "very senior manager" by phone. After the phone conversation the salesman advised me that was the price and he couldn't do any more. I politely advised him I will go elsewhere as there is a new big chain toolstore now just opened in north rockhampton .

I am totally disgusted at a mans toyshop take it or leave it mentality, there business attitude needs a serious adjustment. I have shopped at this store at least 10 years and was proud to be a VIP member , I am all for supporting local businesses, however this reasoning I will not tolerate.

I have also been informed that the ticket price is the full price.

I will not be purchasing any more products from this association again.
