shorten the parts ourselves, after a bit of back and forth. Mistakes can happen, but it's important how the supplier reacts. Edisons were very good, responded to all our mails, and even offered a small refund in recognition of the problem. Would still buy from them again without hesitation.

different state. I then followed up with a replacement and waited another 2 weeks to call up again to find out it wasn't actually posted at all and to now wait another week. I asked for express shipping and compensation due to thier mistake and failing to follow up on shipping. With no compensation or anything for good faith for thier mistake, essentially I have to hurry and wait. Good price but wasn't worth the wait when I could have gotten alot sooner for not much more expense. It's been over a month and will be another week or two for the tools to arrive. Poor customer service on the online department for their mistake.

Extremely happy with our purchases. Very fortunate that a number of the items were on clearance so we managed to save a few dollars. Will definitely purchase from this company again.

purchased almost blown up in my caravan.All corespondents l made to Tools.com haven’t been unsaved.l contacted consumer protection for help and they got back to me after eight months.They respon was,,,”Sorry we can’t help you because Tools.com not answering our emails.” What a joke……they supposed to help consumer so l though.It’s seems CPP protect criminals not little guys like me……l am sorry that l am not criminal.Where from here???? I have every right for warranty but seller and manufacturer of those batteries cannot be contacted.lt is not $600 but principal , and those companies should not get away with it. warehouse. The substantial heads on the bolts meant that no matter what position you are in, installing the fixing, your driver wont slip. Also the shank seems to be more robust, so breaking the smaller fixings is not likely, where the aforementioned competitor, it was a regular occurance.

The item only contained two CR2032 button batteries, which made the explanation seem questionable to me. I emailed Timbecon directly and asked to cancel the order.

They never replied.

Instead, they dispatched the order anyway.

The delay was frustrating, but the bigger issue was the lack of communication and the fact that my cancellation request was ignored. Based on this experience, I would not be ordering from Timbecon again.

We had a really difficult situation with some very old skylights. The Justrite team came up with a flexible solution and the workmanship was better than I expected to be honest. I was so grateful for their commitment to getting a good outcome for us.

I rang around and discovered that Trade glass depot was one of the cheapest for supplies and gave me all the advice I could possibly ask for. He rejigged my plan, gave me the measurements that were necessary and with very detailed instructions, I called a couple of friends that would be able to help me as some of the glass is quite heavy. I followed the instructions to the letter and I was very surprised at how it turned out. I am very very pleased with the result and I cannot thank Phillip and the guys from trade glass of depot enough.
