Incredibly bad service and delivery

Order placed on 7 February. Advised order in transit on 8 February. Today - 21 February - the delivery is STILL in transit. And the joke? The journey is from Springwood QLD to Lutwyche QLD - a trip that would max out at 20 minutes in peak hour. Despite several email exchanges (we'll talk to our courier partner) and a request to cancel and refund (can't do that because it is in transit) I still do not have my $1300 worth of tools. If you value good service, communication and acceptable delivery times do not order from this company.

Went in to change a drill that had been purchased for son. The wrong drill was brought, so I came back to exchange it for a different brand.
Simon serviced me, as was very attentive to my needs. I changed the drill to new branch, and he arranged a charger and cord in s package deal for me. Thank you very much Simon, for being a true professional, and helping a mum out with her apprentice son's needs

Paid for a tool that was not in stock, ordered from an interstate supplier. Told I would be called when it arrived. After ten days nothing so I called & they said it had not arrived. After two weeks I called again, told the same thing, after three weeks I called again Told that it had not arrived & they would check. They rang back to say the tool was discontinued. Went to store to be reimbursed & after explaining what had happened the girl went off to the store room to look for the tool. I had to explain again what had happed before being reimbursed. What a waste of my time.

Purchased 3/8 stubby impact wrench and ordered a 46 inch Milwaukee tool trolley. The tool works great 10/10, just tested it out today and took off lug nuts with ease.

SP Air Ratchet

I purchased SP Air Ratchet it was last one in stock so I received the Demo one .
Few weeks later I try using the Air Ratchet the drive head would not undo a 8 mm nut
I return the ratchet back to Total tools .
The manger told me it work fine after trying to hold a socket on it Socket would not turn in he hand but said it fine and told me I don't have the box so they cant refund it manger said to me put on Gum Tree to sell it
SP Ratchet was sent back to SP Tools under warranty I received the Ratchet back and Ratchet work well.
Be Careful of Total Tools selling people demo products.
When you take tools back the Manger tell you place it on Gum Tree you got have the box in come in
I will Never purchased any thing from Total Tools again

I needed a particular style of screwdriver to do a particular job. I needed it to be so long and such and such a size. When I got into the shop I went up to the desk and asked for assistance, it was freely, cheerfully and authoritatively given and I came away with just what wanted, plus a spare.

Ordered 6 weeks ago now, drill hasn't been delivered, contacted total tools on the 24/12/19they said they had no stock in one location that it will be delivered from penrith, still nothing and it's not the 4/01/2020. But I'm still paying for it through easy pay. No receipt has been emailed on purchase but paying for it. Looks like I'll be contacting the ACCC
