BTB60 is "missing" and switches to the BTB50, I located another site offering to locate and email the manual at cost of $14.99 so took this option to find 2 charges have been made, $14.99 and $20.99 and I am still trying to sort this out with that provider (no manual received yet) I have made a fair bit of progress with assembly but definitely need the manual to complete the task correctly. I suggest It would make matters so much more professional and easier for your clients if a manual were included as part of the package and i am certain there would be little objection from purchasers if they needed to pay another $10.00 or so for the convenience. Ordering from Edisons was simple & easy! With the sign up voucher, I was able to save more money on an already discounted Unimac Vacuum cleaner! Shipping was incredibly fast with tracking & arrived earlier than expected even around the peak Christmas season! I have been ordering from Edisons for 4 years so far buying many items without incident. I ordered a toolbox that arrived badly damaged obviously from rough courier treatment. I contacted Edisons Support and after reviewing the photos and talking over email they agreed to supply a replacement toolbox. They are cheap but DO NOT BUY!!!! I bought a petrol backpack blower from them. The harness broke at the seams after 3 uses. I was sent a replacement harness. It broke too. I was sent a third harness. During the mediation, I was incessantly asked to change my review before I had my refund. Non stop asking me to change my review. To add to this, I submitted a 1 star review on the Edison’s website. This went into “review” more than 3 months ago and still doesn’t show on their website. The product still shows 5 stars. I wouldn’t trust their website reviews if this is anything to go by.

unservicable machine sitting waiting for repair (more on that below). The blade sheared off and is now stuck in the drum and frame. On the frame, the cover for the drive belt also sheared off and is loose from the frame. To replace this, you have to take the machine apart which takes hours. I've spent more time fixing it than using it.
The machine is now broken and Edisons are trying to get me to repack the machine and send it back to Sydney. This is a 100kg plus and I can't repack using boxes from Bunnings!
Buy beware. Beast of a motor, but terrible blades and weak build quality.

parts, including the crousel component, which is not clearly illustrated. The roller parts for the sliding door, are made out of soft plastic and totally not suitable to have the doors sliding on them , I had to purchase some other rollers and modify it so it works.The manual is also blurry, making it difficult to follow the assembly instructions. Furthermore, Edison/Mytopia does not have a customer support team that can be contacted via phone. The provided phone numbers only connect to an answering machine. This lack of support is frustrating, as it makes it difficult to resolve issues. The incomplete instruction manual significantly complicates the assembly process, making it almost impossible to complete the shed without professional assistance. I cannot recommend this product from Edison. They are selling a product that is that bad designed and not functional as they suggest, very bad designed. See the video on who the sliding doors work when installed. The supplied rollers which the doors roll on is made of soft plastic and does not glide inside the rail absolute pure engineering! What a waste of Money and the support does to seem to have no clue either, Terrible customer service.

STILL says pending shipping & no change to tracking. Both yesterday & today I sent screenshots documenting all available info. This morning at 9am I got an email saying the matter had been passed to logistlics & they'd keep me informed. At 2.55pm I've heard nothing & they close at 3pm. I followed up with Startrack myself & they confirmed they DO NOT have package. This issue could easily have been resolved by sending a new item instead of making me wait indefinitely for them to find a lost pkg. I need this item URGENTLY yet 24 hours after delivery was due nothing has changed. No action, no contact, no explanation. This fiasco has fruitlessy wasted 24 hours of my time & caused me an extreme amount of unnecessary distress so if you expect efficient processing, delivery within a charged timeframe or a decent standard of Customer Service I do not recommend purchasing from Edisons.

Follow-up · Recent floods saw the welder submerged in muddy water for a day and we expected the unit to be unserviceable. However, after spraying everything, including dials with Electronic Cleaner and leaving it in the sun for a day, the welder worked perfectly and has since done some long and heavy welding jobs without any issues whatsoever. I am VERY impressed!

Follow-up · To get them to fit on our Ryobi machine, I made a small rubber washer so that it tightened up properly with this blade. So much better cutting than the original Ryobi blade! I bought 2 blades, first one is still going strong.

We ordered a shade shield. Was delivered quickly, but unfortunately some parts were too long. Edisons were very good with support, however. We'll shorten the parts ourselves, after a bit of back and forth. Mistakes can happen, but it's important how the supplier reacts. Edisons were very good, responded to all our mails, and even offered a small refund in recognition of the problem. Would still buy from them again without hesitation. Show reply

Attempted numerous times to purchase spare parts from these people only to reach a purchase barrier. Their automated responses straight away point the finger at me saying I'm doing something wrong before they finally admit they only take payments through Westpac but don't mention that anywhere along the way. Have emailed them several times with no response whatsoever. I buy lots of stuff online, this has been my worst experience

Pressure washer Petrol. Delivery very slow, come with broken carb, replaced with new one after another long wait, now after weeks of waiting for part, Pressure pump not working correctly only around 1000 psi for a 4800 psi unit. Update - following the reply. While Edisons try to demonstrate a willingness to resolve issues.. One item returned due to its failure after its second use took over 6 weeks to be returned and multiple follow up emails. Another product also failed - although this was just after the 12 month warranty period. It was then highlighted how to "maintain" an item. As per the initial review you get what you pay for and do not expect them to last or perform like a branded product.
