Disappointed, as after sales service is not what they advertise!
I am a senior and I bought a cordless leaf blower from Edison’s . I followed all the instructions that the [Name Removed] told us to do. I am a very careful person and after I charged it for 10 times , the battery gave up: completely DEAD! I had it for less than 2 years , the blower is ok as I look after my gadgets , but contrary to what the manuel and Edison’s website say that the battery could be charged for more than 100+ times, mine is completely DEAD after 10 charges. I contacted Edison’s and even emailed them. Their phone is NEVER manned , ALWAYS, leave a message, but their answers leave a lot to be desired in comparison to their Manual and website. Edison want me to buy a new battery! Shame on Edison’s !
Jay I had emailed you privately and you still did not answer me. Shame on Edison who do not honour what they advertise! I am still waiting for Edison to replace my battery that is completely DEAD! Shame on you cheating on your consumers!
Billed twice on my card for single transactions
I ordered BAUMR-AG Petrol Lawn Mower 220cc 20" 4 Stroke Self Propelled - 840SX online. Billed twice on my card for single transactions. Have to email them back and forward to get a refund of my own money. Got an email from them that it's been handed to the account department and the email will be received shortly. It's been 24 hours and I haven't received any email from them. No phone to contact. Now I don't even want a single product from them. Still waiting an email from their finance team..

Just wanted to make a comment about my order above for a BAUMR-AG 40V Battery Powered Wheelbarrow which I have just assembled and tested.
First, why didn’t I have one of these 10 years ago?
What a life-saver. I am 76 years old and pushing a loaded wheelbarrow up my sloped property had become impossible.
Assembly was reasonably straightforward albeit those Chinese diagrams are not totally representative of the job in hand, (are they ever?).
I do have a couple of bits of user feedback.
First minor comment is that, unless you stand 2 metre

Very unkind and unhelpful customer service
I bought from this company grass mower starter, the brand what I bought spouse to be compatible with my mower. Unfortunately it wasn't the right one. They don't want to give me refund, they deducted 20% fees and rest of the money is for credit in their store for one year. I don't need anything from their store, what a bad experience! You can't contact them by phone, the phone number on their website is not listed. I certainly lost money with these unkind people. I don't recommend to buy anything from this company, they are not very customer service oriented.

The website is fair has some mostly good items at low cost the tracking through Hunter express is Below Zero would not recommend this website because of that. if they were to get a better Postal Service I would rate them higher

Great customer service following a fault in a woodchipper.
Purchased a Raptor chipper a couple of years ago and recently the drive shaft snapped. While technically out of warranty Edisons were very understanding and accepted i had not used the chipper much and sought a solution. They provided regular feedback on the situation and soon after they provided a new engine replacement. Excellent customer service!
Totally unsuitable Lawnmower.
The BAUMR-AG 740SX is completely unsuitable for cutting your average lawn. Lowest cutting height is 25mm. Most lawnmowers cut to 10 or 11mm. This Lawnmower doesn't cut the head off clover. Poor customer service - no acknowledgement that it's unsuitable. They just refer to specifications. Pathetic!

You would have to have rocks in your head to risk dealing with these guys at Edisons.
There would be so many more online merchants to purchase from than Edisons, where you wouldn’t be at risk of making a problematic purchase.
I purchased a leaf-blower from them. Contacted them prior to item being delivered to advise I would not be able to utilise the item so I’d be returning it.
They have no phone number where it’s actually monitored.

Attempted to purchase a t-rex motorcycle scissor lift stand. Website accepted & debited Credit card then advised could not process order. Wait days for refund. Website accepted Paypal payment & debited. Also could not process order. Advised to pay by direct debit. This cant be done via website, so had to pay via my Bank. So I went to purchase a log splitter for $1999 imagine my surprise at checkout with a $2400 delivery fee! So I sent a message to question this fee only to get a generic reply. Needless to say I will not be purchasing the log splitter or anything else.

Brought a MDM chainsaw from Edisons.
Had trouble with the bar, had trouble with the pull cord.
BOTH times they replied promptly and were always keen to help. Parts sent out with no charge and got it going again.
Appreciating the GREAT customer service. And have a great chainsaw for the price.

I have just purchased a Unimac UMEHT-38 fan heater. After setting up as instructed, but being on full power, there was only warm air being dispersed. when turning the temperture dial down to half, no heat came out at all. Why is only cool air is dispensed and when turned to half heat, cold air comes out. Is this all the heat that is going to be produced?

I ordered a bandsaw thru edisons.com.au,via zip pay,have zip pay invoice for payment yet recieved no confirmation email from edisons etc...i log into my edisons account says i have no order???
