What we ordered and what was provided were two different things and we are now left with an incomplete kitchen. To worsen the situation, no self reflection or apology for the breakdown in communication or care on how we can rectify the situatuon. Really disappointing service and would not recommend using.

Damaged product – I ordered my kitchen splashback from Mark at Splash of Glass. When it arrived it all looked good but the fitters were in and out very quickly so I didn't notice that one of the corners was damaged. I immediately took a photo and sent it to Mark saying that I was disappointed that it hadn't been checked properly. He basically said that it was checked and that I was lying so tough!!
Not impressed at all. Don't use them if you want any after sales contact as they are only interested in getting your money. After that you are on your own.
Love this product – We had Frothy Mocha glass splashbacks installed by A Splash of Glass in our kitchen, laundry and "scullery" (a large walk-in pantry) this year. It looks fantastic and is easy to clean. We had great service - prompt, professional and good quality work. Happy with the price. If we'd done a tiled splash back we would not have had such a great look, and it would have cost nearly as much. Looks wonderful. Easy to clean. Great quality. Great Service
