the manufacturing so everything was completed within just two weeks. Communication was excellent throughout, and despite expediting the job, they never charged me extra. When the initial screen door wasn't the right size, they patiently remade and reinstalled it until everything fitted perfectly. The entire team, from sales to installation, was friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. or hands wet the lever door can just be nudged with with elbow, so much easier, I now have a spare knob lock that will have to sell on Marketplace. But that is my only deal with Doors Plus. excellent service and now have a secure garage!

Follow-up · Installation took about 3 hours as my doorframes were crooked. Installer went out of his way to straighten everything up and also gave me hints on how to maintain the frames due to weather. Delivery was smooth and done the next day.

Excellent service on ordering with ACE at Sefton Park. Follow up status and ready for collection or delivery was on time as planned. Some constructive advice ( I am an engineer and handyman) as follows: Door ordered was for standard opening - OK The door rail supports confirmed as being able to allow door to miss architrave of the existing… Read more · 1
opening - OK; but unfortunately the door support bracket bolt head fouled the architrave so needed to be recessed flush. The bolts also shortened due to use of dome nuts. To avoid this the door needs to be much higher which is not really a practical or visual solution. Recessing bolts is neater and convenient.
Install Manual Step 7 to add door stops, should be prior to Step 2 rail support fixing. Otherwise, the rail fixing bolts (some only ) needed to be removed to allow door stops to slide on. Not good with the door mounted and with weight as per Step 5.
Some dimensions for the round buttons in Step 4 would be useful as their purpose not fully understood until later in Step 5 (to prevent door lifting off rail).
All good and generally a useful necessary Install Manual if consideration given to comments above.

Every situation I raised with Anneli she had a good option every time and provided advise on which was the best - I cannot fault her professionalism and her customer service- amazing. Anneli came out to the house to conduct a final measure and confirm all the products were appropriate. The last door was installed on 06 May which was a heavy-duty security door installed by Mile who was a gentleman and a thorough professional and left the area spotless.
