The first time i went to Doors plus in Minchinbury and had a front door security door four bedroom doors and bathroom. I couldn't be happier with there work that's why I got my rear large sliding door replaced . The best work I've ever seen.

Doors Plus - Stafford - fast and efficient service
We went into the Stafford store late on a Friday, spoke to Gaurav (I think that's right), with his help we selected the door, he organised delivery and installation for the next Tuesday, even though they were busy. It all went like clockwork, Paul installed it perfectly and was just the most experienced, friendliest, tradesman you could ever hope to meet. Very happy with Doors Plus & especially the installation process.

Credit card payment for balance over phone needs investigation
Excellent service and installation but to pay my balance I had to give my credit card details to the salesman via the tradesman's mobile phone and although it may be pure coincidence more than one attempt was made to use my card for payments in the USA within an hour.
This should be investigated by Doors Plus.
I informed the salesman accordingly after my Bank had blocked the scam

We ordered a white front door with frame. We agreed to paint the frame once installed. The installation was botched with several nails sticking out, parts of the wooden frame not flush at edges, and some of the wood wasn't primed even though that's what we had paid for. Installer has to be sent out again to tidy up the frame before we could paint it. The store manager gave up us a code for the paint which didn't match the door so had to re-paint in a more appropriate colour. We are still waiting to to hear what warranty applies - we sent email to store manager but got no response. Doors Plus - lots of fuss, in our opinion.
Excellent service from Doors Plus Granville
The service, communication and workmanship carried out on the the doors from the Granville team was outstanding. Peter was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me, and the precision and perfection when hanging the doors by Dom was phenomenal. Thank you gentlemen for making it a great experience and look forward to going back for round 2!
Good Service and Fast Installation
Good service and advice from Savio (Balcatta store) helped us select a door and hardware quickly to replace our front door. It's also handy they have doors stained and vanished so we didn't have to arrange that elsewhere. Then when someone delayed an install, he brought the installation forward. The installation was fast and tidy - the installer was very professional. Very happy with our front door and the quick and helpful service.
Had a new front door installed, it was hassle free , so simple and easy from the salesperson to the installers. Fantastic. Really happy with our new door, looks wonderful and new.
The whole process from beginning to end was seamless with no stress at all. Raymond from the MacGregor store was really helpful from the beginning. He helped me to understand the pros and cons of each door type to make my selection process easy and then arranged to come to my house that evening to assess my current door situation. Then BAM my door was ordered and time was booked in for a bit over week later to be installed. And then the carpenter, Andrew who came to install the door, was fantastic as well. No fuss, he was really polite and he c...leaned up afterwards. Everything happened as they said it would which is amazing considering the trouble we have had with other trades. I definitely recommend seeing Raymond at Doors Plus Macgregor if you need a door. Sincerest thank you to Raymond and Andrew for their help.
A very satisfying job
We had 2 doors + 2 cupboard doors delivered and installed by Doors Plus Cannington WA and we have had satisfying results right from the start. We visited the store and were helped by a friendly salesperson called Ralph; he followed up our order to completion. The recommended installer called Aaron from Aparis Carpentry did a brilliant job! We heartily recommend those combined services.
I purchased 2 barn doors at the end of 2019 and they were finally installed in March this year. The doors are really nice, though the installation of the doors and the follow up with doors plus was tortuous and disheartening, and left me feeling that since my money was paid ($3000+), how I felt was unimportant. The delay in installation was in small part my fault and Doors Plus did give me a small refund, $100 for inconvenience as installation was booked on 3 occasions but the job was only finished the 3rd time someone stayed home from work, an...d $100 for having an electric outlet which had been in place when measuring occurred had to be moved. I was a return customer and I have recommended Doors Plus to others, I will not be returning or recommending them in the future.
The absolute worst experience I have ever had.
I ordered bifold internal doors in early December 2019. They have taken until the end of May 2020 to be installed. These delays had nothing to do with the Covid pandemic but were due to the incompetence of the person who provided the measure and quote, lack of communication and poor quality.
The original salesman from Doors Plus who provided the measure and quote did not measure for a frame or take into consideration existing skirting boards. Therefore, doors were made but without a frame. This was just the start of the problems. When the f...irst installer came and as there was no frame, he just left. No-one from Doors plus called me so I tried to call them and failed to speak to anyone from “customer care”. I eventually had to partake in an online chat as the only way to contact the company. The frame had to be made so there was another delay while this happened. I found out that the original salesman who provided the measure and quote no longer worked for the company. The second time the installer attempted to install the doors, he was under the impression the frame had been delivered separately to the house. It had not. He left. No one from the company contacted me and once again I attempted to speak to customer care and each time the person I spoke to had no idea what had been happening as there was no handover. Eventually the installer returned with the frame work and doors. Work commenced. Then it was discovered one of the doors was damaged. The installer had to take the doors away to be replaced. Again, I had to contact customer care and again I had to repeat the entire story. A new door was found in the warehouse and the installer returned the following week. This time before he would resume work, he wanted an extra $400 cash upfront for the “extra work” he had to take on....which was the frame work installation in addition to the $250 installation fee that Doors Plus charge. I refused to pay him $400 and I contacted Doors Plus. They confirmed the $400 was something they did not know about nor was it in the contract. The installer left again without installing the doors.
Very Happy with the service and quality provided with installing a new door in our house
We are extremely pleased with the cost, services & quality provided from the moment Mat helped us decide the type of door, placing the order with him at the Granville branch, up to having the door installed at our house. We were provided with ample of communications, services were on time, staffs were polite, courteous above all professional. The installation was very quick and the additional services liked cleaning the area where the door was installed and removing the old door were greatly appreciated. We definitely recommend Door Plus to everyone and we would use them again.

This refers to a Canopy, a product that Doors Plus can provide, that can be installed above a doorway, to provide some protection. The code you have mentioned in the SKU code for that product.
I am about to install a Guardian 2 in 1 front door and keen to remove the glass to make it lighter while installing. Is it merely a case of removing the Allan key bolts or and removing the glass or a more complicated process?

Yes it is a simple removal procedure involving the Allen keys.
Please ensure when re installing the glass, you adjust the glass correctly to ensure no future sagging or rubbing on the timber beading.
What does the customer care team do and what is the process when a customer has a complaint?
They ask that everything is paid upfront before any work is done. Once it’s done they don’t care that’s their customer care. We started our order in November last year and only yesterday was the last item installed. I don’t think there is a complaint department as I could not find one. The worse thing is the installer that put a hole in our freshly painted ceiling, I was home and he never said a word and even tried to patch it ? We had to get it repainted and I believe the painter still hasn’t received his money. They came and saw it and took responsibility but that was it.
