explained to us from the get go as they are made overseas. With my wife been European this was great as we were getting a product the same as in Europe. On the day of install it took a good 5 hours. Once it was done the installer told us they would be ordering a new window as the one they installed had a very tine 1cm scratch at the bottom which you would never see unless looking for it. This made us proud we went with NuEco windows. They swapped our window out a month later. We continued to use them for the 2nd bedroom and kitchen windows all up 4 windows 2024 The team were amazing. They spoke to us through problems they came across as the house is 20 years old and rectified it without fuss or extra charge. Needless to say its now 2026 and we are about to call them to come quote our last 2 windows. The team really know what they are doing we had a number of reps from other businesses come out and try the hard sale and push and didn't really know their product well NuEco was the complete opposite. Adam and Andy and great to deal with.

began failing to open due to corossion on one small tiny piece. Contacted the company and 2 weeks later it was fixed.

The impressive part is when I told them I didn't have to fight them to get it repaired. I didn't have to explain the situation. I just sent the photo. Got a call for a time to attend. They attended when someone else was present. The job was done. Thats it.

In 2026... That is uncommon.

The only other point is compared to a regular screen they are far more expensive. But I knew the cost when I got it done.

Brendon and Rach and they realised our car was stuck in the garage so made our booking a priority. They were here within a short time replaced a broken motor and did such an amazing job as they were so efficient friendly and quick. Manufacturing of windows I found not the greatest of quality and Louvre windows are poor. On windy and cold days I watch the honey comb blinds jump around. If building again I'd try another company.

Over priced piece of sh!t, comes off runner evertime the dogs brush against it when let outside. I would not recommend this door to anyone. Hopeless, knowing what I know now would have it even if it was free. Which they certainly are not at $1000
