I needed to coordinate the delivery for when the builder needed it and the team at A&L were very accomodating and ensured it was delivered on time. A&L is a great local SE QLD company that I have no hesitation recommending for your windows and screens, whether it’s the whole house or just a single window like ours.

Contacted A&L to help with getting widow spares. Had tried other sites and stores without success. We had lost a few window security inserts over the years. These inserts help guide the sliding windows and stops the window’s removal when the window is closed. My sliding door lock became difficult to put into the lock position. After contacting A,@L they said warr just went past the 3 years limit. I reminded of cussummer laws puduct must be fit for purpose in which a sliding door should last you over 20 matince free issues. installed in a manner that we cannot remove any windows without removing the blinds. I saw the make of the windows was A&L so without expecting much sent an email to enquire whether I can get replacement keys or locks and how installation will work, and considering that the house was built 10 years ago I expected this to be a futile excercise but gave it a go. Christie kindly and patiently helped me identify what I needed, how to get the old locks off and how to install the 8 new locks that she has sent me (FOC). I was blown away with her kind service, and still amazed by the blessing. I will never hesitate to contact A&L and Christie if I need anything again. Worst company never select this company window very poor in quality. New build by Carlisle and all the window are uneven yhe brand is A&L windowsand with gaps and poor quality accessories on the window and no after support.

every corner edges seems have to replace whole windows very soon.what a rubbish product i have seen 30+ years old homes still got good quality windows. This so painful when you keep paying for expensive things thought display home should have quality stuff no need to worry about anything but was wrong. Adding some pics of A & L windows if it helps some how the look once you install them and taking stress. They are double glazed and one of them glass cracked already.big gaps between window winder and they are loose there is no technique behind them to install they just cut it & put colorbond screw which gets loose and property is not used much i hardly open the window sometimes when home.Installed nets are short from one side and they just put screw on side of timber to hold it worst experience.

acknowledge the fact that we missed the final service before handover. The crew completed this yesterday. Thankfully, no major issue was raised! They discovered missing sliding door trims, bent trim, dented sash/frame, some flyscreens with holes and multiple surface scratches on almost all glasses, compromised powder coating due to deep scratches (applying 1 m tolerance) Well, we only noticed the eye level, not sure how much more scratches we can encounter if we check it thoroughly, which did not happen as they need to go to next appointment. We discovered old glasses manufactured oversease are used dated 03/2023. Their website mentioned 100% Australian Made?
Will provide final rating and also share the detailed ratings on product quality, customer service and job satisfaction after rectification work to be completed later. Had to young installers out today to fit some glazing and a door to a shopfront. They were on time, jumped in and assisted with the frame install without being asked. price and availability to replace a door and thought I would try A and L as I was sure they must have improved. I filled out their on line request for a quote and waited for a response. Nearly a week later I received an automated response saying that it would take 4 weeks to give me a quote and then another 10 weeks from order acceptance to complete the order. I would recommend anyone requiring windows to go elsewhere.
Follow-up · On the original issue with A and L windows 10 years ago, I had to painstakingly persevere for many months to have some issues attended to. On the recent issue, I did get a response however I didn’t persevere because I found a company who were extremely helpful knowledgeable and prompt. Their name is Aluminco Windows and Doors Pty Ltd. They first came to replace a number of defective windows, first time they bought the wrong glass, 2nd time came back and replaced it with more defective glass and now 3rd time have come back and again replaced it with defective glass.
