Ripped off in time of need – I was after a trailer without brakes blueslip at the end of the day. Possibly knowing I wanted to get to the service NSW in a rush I was vulnerable. I had used and trusted A1 auto before and feel disappointed.

Down to Earth Customer Service – I have had 3 vehicles to these guys since 2013 and have found them excellent to deal with.My latest project with them is a 2019 Landcruiser VX which we are really giving the treatment. Only the best products were agreed on prior to installation. They didn’t try and force brands on me that they were associated with. Nick and his team are great to deal with and are very competitive with their pricing. I recommend these guys for all your 4wd needs.

Ignore what you want & do what they like – Totally disregarded work requested and did their own extras and expect to get paid for it! Do not leave vehicle without a signed copy of a work order. Bullies or worse.
