A1 Property Works

Dishonest company - get everyone else to do the work and they keep the money! – We provided services to clients that had purchased Groupon or Living Social vouchers last year, including domestic cleaning, gutter cleaning & window cleaning. We did a great job, customers were happy but A1 Property Works failed to pay us! Unable to contact anyone anymore and have sent our invoices to a debt collector to chase. Not holding our breathe.

No payments to their subcontractors – Many customers referral by this company, have a Voucher Groupon. My company did three cleaning job 2 hours each. The customer more than happy with our cleaning service, However since 9th July until today 19th aug, no body response a phone call or an email to Redeem my money back as a sub contractor I have three vouchers to redeem. process is a Pain, anyway I have build a large happiness customer base built around highly satisfied word of mouth. Affordable Deep Cleaning. No coments I do not recomend this service, false advertise.

Worst company!!! – Waited weeks for a reply email to make a booking. The helpline number is a machine which the company must never check as I never received a return phone call! Finally when I did receive a return email with my booking details they never showed up! Terrible service! Do not use them. They have now resulted in loosing a regular client. Unreliable, unprofessional, terrible customer service.

NO SHOW !!!! AVOID !!!! – I bought a group on voucher for 2 hours gardening with A1 property works. On the confirmed date, No one turned up. !!!!!!

There was No courtesy phone call to advise a delay or that there was a problem.

I tried calling, but had to leave a message on the answer machine.

Several phone calls and emails later, there was still no response from A1 Property works.

Please note : The contact phone number only ever went to an answer machine - despite being advertised on the website as manned by a person 24 hours.

I have now contacted groupon to get a refund and this has been "escalated to the resolution team." it should be noted the Groupon operator mentioned this was not the first complaint made about A1 property works.

Did NOT turn up!!!! Money paid in advance for group on voucher and no show! Have requested refund.

Dishonest – Bought their groupon voucher and booked via call and email as per instructed. Never showed up on the day.
