Low price is not always best – I recently sold my house and found a great real estate agent but the conveyancer was terrible. My property did not settle on time and he then put the money from my sale into bank accounts I had not agreed to. The only source that was reliable was the purchasers banks who seemed to know everything including the correct date of settlement unlike our conveyancer.
