about a [Content Removed] joke I made in my first email to him. He called have called me and confirmed it was a legit (if he didn't know it was a joke) but instead it escalated to multiple emails. He is the final email I got Telling you that I didn’t appreciate you joking with me is not any of the things that you have chosen to give your meaning to. I simply said that I did not appreciate your joke. That’s all. And then explained the seriousness of our responsibility. If you chose to feel that you have been chastised that is your choice and as are feelings because no one can make anyone feel anything but it cannot be inferred from the simple statement that I didn’t like your joke that the reality was that I was mistreating you.

calling and ultimately choosing them. I'll get to the point of the review - Joseph was the solicitor allocated to my case and he was extremely professional and a clear communicator. I was kept informed at every step of the process of what to expect, my rights and obligations as the seller, and how to protect my interests in the sale. Joseph was very quick to respond to my emails and queries throughout the 4 week settlement. I can be quite critical as a customer if the level of service is falling short of my expectations. I was very satisfied with the level of service I received and really don't have any negative points or suggestions for improvement. I would absolutely recommend them if seeking a conveyancer.

Average – I used Monkey Conveyancing in 2022 and found them to be professional and efficient. I went to use them again in 2024 and found them to be inflexible and not very personable. I wouldn’t use them again.

Pricey considering you do most of the work yourself – If you want a conveyancer where you do all of the work, where you cant see who is doing the work (as they do not allow customers into their office), where you have to constantly follow up the status of the sale and where you do not even receive a phone call when the property settles, then this is the right conveyancer for you. disappointed that email seems to be their only form of communication - and I am hammered by emails and easily miss them. There is an invention called a phone....and their staff should learn how to use them. Due to the lack of customer service, I will not use this conveyancer again. I'm not even sure what I paid them for as I seem to have done the job myself

I would never use again – Terrible customer service . It’s stressful enough just purchasing a home and moving, Joseph wouldn’t acknowledge emails, return phone calls or text and gave false information and excuses about funds. Thankfully the ladies in the office were great to deal with.
