second property I ended up buying in Labrador had issues on B&P, with the help of KRG a price reduction on the original purchase price was negotiated with the seller.

When I recently sold a property the buyers conveyancer was in contrast inefficient and slow with communication. The settlement was delayed 3 hours and everyone else was inconvenienced because they couldn’t do their job.

My advice is pay a reasonable amount for a good conveyancer !
