2nd time used and still the worst conveyancer! – Gave them a 2nd chance but they still disappointed, numerous errors that WE discovered and brought to their attention, terrible communication, and no apologies for all the misinformation and incorrect advice and errors! Recommend going elsewhere.

Not a smooth process – I used KRG Conveyancing for both, selling and purchase which were pretty straightforward. Poor customer service especially during the purchase process, miscommunication and hidden charges. Way too many people dealing with my personal information.

KRG are in the interest of the deal not the client – BE Aware KRG will only start doing Searches when the deal is unconditional this makes it more complicated and limiting when negotiating settlement date with weekly rising interest rates this makes a big difference. building rapport my message was copied and pasted and sent to the sellers solicitor, No referring to the building rapport or any minimum standards for a rental property, ZERO Initiative . Did not explain or help me understand anything being a first home buyer. i had one point i was told to talk to the seller myself when asking about a existing tenancy agreement and ended up having to file forms myself.

kRG are fantastic to ‘sort’ your property requirements … I have used them for several transactions both selling & buying. A very courteous knowledgeable company …so far ahead of so many Solicitor/ lawyer transactions… at half price. Very happy.

second property I ended up buying in Labrador had issues on B&P, with the help of KRG a price reduction on the original purchase price was negotiated with the seller.

When I recently sold a property the buyers conveyancer was in contrast inefficient and slow with communication. The settlement was delayed 3 hours and everyone else was inconvenienced because they couldn’t do their job.

My advice is pay a reasonable amount for a good conveyancer !
