For starters they are NOT Australian. They are offshore so difficult to understand except the initial person you speak to. We were selling and buying and OMG trying to get contracts exchanged was a nightmare. finally got the sale exchanged and then the purchase. They would call to ask a question but not really understand the answer and definitely didn’t understand any questions. They just assumed you knew the whole process and what every form was that they asked for. The broker was pulling out her hair trying to deal with them. They kept calling her to do stuff that was their job. We finally made it to settlement on the initial date but it was such a stressful time and we certainly weren’t sure it would go smoothly given all the interactions. They didn’t pay our sales agent in the end, apparently he didn’t deserve his commission so we sorted that after settlement. I would recommend finding a local conveyancer

AVOID AVOID AVOID - worst experience from day 1. Firstly sales people are in Australia and as soon as you sign up their staff are really based in phillipines. Absolutely hopeless. Other side solicitor, real estate agent and banks all agreed that it is the worst company they have ever dealt with. Settlement day came - no settlement statement, no… Read more

answering calls or emails, 2hrs after settlement was due they wrote and said bank couldn’t settle! Reason bank couldn’t settle was that these id*ots gave them wrong information. 24hrs after settlement still hadn’t even received a letter or call saying the property had settled. Thank god for the real estate and bank telling us. Oh and most of all - they disclosed our personal financial information to 2 third parties without our consent. OMG worst experience and so bad I am reporting them to Qld Law Society.

Major lack of communication. I had to keep calling for updates etc throughout. Was notified by email 50mins after settlement occurred. No phone call, no personal touch. I already had the keys and was moving in. Search fees more than tripled the average estimate. Would have been a lot less stress using a local conveyancer, for same or even less $.

Not good in any sense. They promised fixed fee but revised rates more than double. Pull out case after revising fee but they still raised invoices and started recovering process for no service.

I was super happy with the service I received from Conveyincing.com.au team and in specific Jessica Desuyo who was my paralegal was extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend them. Show reply
