patience. Builder gets annoyed when mistakes and negligent practices on his behalf are pointed out and always try to blame someone else for any issues that arise. He will even in try to blame you- the owner- even if you’ve just moved in for faults. Don’t go with this builder if you expect to deal with someone who is honest and has integrity.

He could not organsies roofer, concreter and professional cleaner. He is not ready to accept and honor what is written in the contract. The builder has accounting background and has no knowledge or experience in building industry.

Done a great job on my project – I had a great experience with AAA Smart Homes. There were some ups and downs while my house was being built but in the end they delivered what they promised. October 11th 2016 Update: Worst builder

AAA smart homes uses cheapest available material. Also doesn't acknowledge contract neither his quotes. When initially at signing of contract be will saw you products that he imports from China stating that you can't get it anywhere. I agree you can't get that inferior quality product anywhere. He installed down lights in my house 10 lights died in 3 months. Very poor quality workmanship very dirty in dealings, very dodgy an the worst builder one could find. Please I suggest never build with him.

Be informed aaa smart homes pty ltd after having bad name has changed its name to asal homes pty ltd. Directors and owners remain same. Terrible builder. Lot of hidden charges and variation. Builder makes you sick and doesnt not listen to customers at all. Keep away from him-asal homes pty ltd
