GJ Gardner North managed the build of our fabulous new home with professionalism and care. The quality of the product is top shelf. Unlike other companies, we were fortunate enough to be able to upgrade products as we wished, GJ Gardner even brought on a new supplier as I fell in love with a certain title. All the staff are just lovely and the trades they use are professional and on time. I can't wait to celebrate my first Christmas in my amazing new home.

To start with, let me be clear - we did not build with GJ Gardner Ballarat That being said, I feel compeld to write this review regardless, as our experience with GJ Gardner Ballarat and Darren our Sales Agent was awesome. He got our vision from the get go. He went above and beyond adding all relevant information in general convos so we were well informed. We ended up going with a local builder who was personally recommended to us and who's work was on par with GJ.

But, if you're looking at GJ Gardner Ballarat, you cant go wrong. This franchise is exceptional.

Excellent experience, Jane our consultant worked with us tirelessly to get our design nutted out and approved. Nothing was too much trouble and she was always available to take our calls. Colour selection with Tyler was amazing. She was super patient and gave us time to sort out our selections. It was one of the highlights if our build. We did have some delays due to weather and trade shortages but our site supervisor Mitch was very good at relaying any information he had. He always took our calls and kept us up to date. G.J Gardiner ensured our home building experience was positive and enjoyable. We greatly appreciated the team's knowledge and expertise, time and patience. The team we worked with at GJ Garner were fantastic. Seriously it has exceeded our expectations excellent finishes. They kept to the time scale, consulted with us along the way. Advised us on small things to make living work more efficiently. We are totally off grid, an excellent company who went above. The whole team work well together in turn this made our build quite relaxed. Totally recommend GJ they were also more than happy to change a few things to fit with our vision. Workmanship was great and finishes exceptional, any snag list was small and being addressed.

From the initial stages of coming up with a Floor Plan - Ian was instrumental with his advice, guidance and direction. The signing of the Contract was smooth and uneventful with Brett explaining everything in detail and doubly checking along the way. Nothing was too much for Samantha as she took care and looked after dealing with our Bank, Council & Utilities connections etc and all done with a smile, she made life easy for us. We used GJ Gardner Essendon for a knockdown/rebuild in Melbourne's West. The whole team was very professional from start to finish, from design through to handover. We started with a GJ Gardner floor plan but were able to customise it to suit our needs, the team were flexible during the design process. We then watched the build go up and got to handover two months ahead of the contracted date. We are extremely happy with the build quality and attention to detail. Mark and the team very quickly earned our trust and we would highly recommend them to anyone embarking on a build project. Only a fantastic team can finish a project ahead of schedule, to a high quality, and on budget!
