From the small touches like Nik the construction manager face timing our family when they were pouring the slab, to the fortnightly progress updates from the site Supervisor Dave and the constant communication from the lovely team in the office. The reminders to set up our gas and order our bins the weeks out from handover also show the level of detail in the G.J. team's process.
The quality of the home is impressive and the time spent by Dave at each walkthrough on explaining all the little details and finishes made the handover that much easier and faster with the amount of knowledge and information given throughout the construction process. It's honestly hard to fault how the construction process was managed right from the start.
After 1 month of living in our home, we only have 3 minor items that we have listed in our warranty list so far, mind you this is very minor and speaks of the quality taken throughout this whole process. We weren't so lucky with our previous builds.
I will be updating this review with photo's once the home is styled to show the workmanship and quality if anyone's thinking of building with the G.J. Gardner team.
If we are given the opportunity to build again, I will definitely be going back to the G.J. Gardner team.

The project managing of the build team is fantastic! We are currently mid-construction and we receive scheduled weekly updates at a minimum. We know the Ararat team are only ever a phone call away and more than willing to answer any questions we may have. The build milestones and project management dates have all been communicated clearly with us, along with any delays. This communication is key when you are entrusting something so personal as your dream home build.
The workmanship of the Ararat team is second to none, and the use of other local trades where needed is wonderful for supporting your community and local small businesses.

was changing for manufactured stone, they but made sure we had the stone we had selected. The house has been lived in for over a year and is exactly what we planned. It allowed for us to add batteries to the solar and camera security to the internet connection. A well finished and well designed home to suit the block - the few things that needed correction, either GJ managed, or their contractors willingly worked with us. Warren's supervision of the trades seen the house completed well ahead of schedule and the trades were excellent great finish throughout the house with very few defects.

The enthusiasm,efficiency,and friendly approach was a truly amazing experience in the completion of our entire project, including the fencing, solar system and landscaping before our arrival from South Africa. Follow-up · With the help of my neighbours who shared the cost of the fencing the fencing was completed as planned. The landscaping was completed by the recommended contractor who took pictures of the different stages for me to approve. The solar system and subsequently installation of 2 batteries was completed by a reputable local company and is very efficient and trouble free.

The plans were drafted with minute details to help us visualise the finished project perfectly. Then it was on to Natalie who spent the time with us to deftly weave our tastes together to make the house our home while Adrian was assigned the task to build the dream. A short time later I lost my job. I met with Stephanie and later Lloyd, Nathan and Wayne who all treated me with empathy and kindness. They promised to work together to get the job done with as little stress as possible. Adrian along with his brilliant trade staff completed our home ahead of time and on budget, while keeping us up to date on the building progress. Again, no query or adjustment was too big or small for him.
